New to VRBO, but have many 5 star reviews elsewhere (and are super hosts!). Central, updated home in Castle Rock with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two large living areas, a dining room, and an updated kitchen stocked with dishes cookware. 3 Bedrooms furnished with two queen size beds, and a king size bed. All linens, towels, etc are provided. There is an oversized two car garage for parking and extra storage. The backyard has a patio and is fenced. Fast internet, comfortable furnishings, and great location! Walk to the Rock Hike and a nearby park/ playground. Just a short drive to the historic downtown Castle Rock, shopping, dinning, Festival Park, Outlet Malls, many hikes, and more! One small dog may be considered, pets fees to apply. Perfect home for those relocating into town looking for a house to buy... receive a one month rebate at closing, ask me how!
