☀ The home has exterior security cameras on both side gate entrances, above the driveway parking spaces and above the garages. They are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property. They will be on during your stay.
☀ The unit is apart of a 4 unit complex. The driveway and side gate entrances are shared. Please be respectful of other tenants.
☀This prime location is located near the best nightlife of pacific beach. Guests can expect to hear street noise at night.

HOUSE RULES
1. No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized guests are allowed. There is a $1000 fine for any violations.
2. Smoking, drugs, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. There is a $1000 fine for any violations.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM-10AM. Guests must be respectful of their neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.
4. The maximum number of people allowed in the home at any given time is 6.
5. There is a $100 late checkout fee for every 30 mins late past checkout time.
6. Guests will be charged a $200 replacement fee for taking any remotes or keys from the property. Leftover items from guests can be shipped for a $50 processing fee plus shipping.
7. Guests must be 25 years and older to book.
8. Trash and refuse must not be left stored in public view.
9. Pets are not allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for any violations.
10. There are security cameras located on the exterior of the security gates, parking spaces and garages. Cameras do not face inside the home and will be on during your stay. Do not tamper with cameras.
11. Personal items are not allowed to be left inside security gate entrances including bikes, surfboards, boxes, toys, chairs, etc. Use the garage for storage.
12. Security gates must remain closed at all times.
The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.
