Wonderful, relaxing getaway

We had such an amazing time here for Christmas week. My family and I enjoyed everything about the home and its location. The home was extremely clean, well stocked, and all the small details were thought of!

Lovely stay

Very well furnished and well stocked - tons of seating, extra blankets and pillows, kids supplies and well stocked kitchen. All the amenities of the property were also great and not too busy in mid-September so that was a bonus. Great stay - thank you!

Perfect Fall Getaway with Family!

Our stay at the Golden View Getaway was awesome for our large family! The house decor and cleanliness was top notch. The kiddos loved the games and hot tub! This house had everything we needed for a quick extended weekend at Table Rock Lake!

Nice weekend getaway with two families

The kids truly enjoyed the basement and all the amenities. The adults enjoyed the deck and quiet bedrooms upstairs away for kids.

Fantastic VRBO

This was one of the best houses we have ever rented for our family's vacation. The view was awesome and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 10 children. It was extremely hot while we were in Kimberling City but the pool and time spent on Table Rock Lake made it fun and bearable.

This house has everything you need! It was a great house! The house was very clean and has lots for kids to do. When we come back we would stay there again.

Family Vacay Get Away

My only complaint was the lack of hot water. It was at best lukewarm, not hot enough for washing dishes or taking relaxing showers. Other than that it was fabulous!

Breathtaking views and amazing property!

Our stay was for a friend’s birthday with 12 adults. This was the perfect property! It is just gorgeous! The view as you walk in the front door is breathtaking. All the decor was so beautifully done. Each couple had a king sized bed (a must) and a comfortable, large room. We were minutes away from the marina which was ideal for a day on the water. We loved the hot tub and all the fun games downstairs! We can’t wait to come back!

Celebrating 60th with my family

Golden view getaway was the perfect home to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The home provided an abundance of space and the home was stocked with everything you will need! A special attention for young children, and games for the entire family! We would absolutely go back there again! My entire family love this home!

Fabulous property

We have a large family and travel a lot. We use all kinds of vacation rentals from large properties for family to luxurious smaller units for my wife and me. This is one of the best we've rented. It was meticulously clean, very spacious, and well equipped for every need. Even with our large crew, we had plenty of space to spread out. Communication was excellent and the house clearly has first class management. We give it our highest recommendation!!!!!

Family vacation

There were 13 family member with 3 families plus grandma. It was perfect. Lots of space!! Two first floor rooms for those who aren’t good with stairs. Plenty of activities and games in the house for all to enjoy. TVs in each room and main areas gave space when needed. They provide an abundance of amenities. I have never stayed somewhere so well furnished. They even had Q-tips & cotton balls. Kitchen was wonderful stocked for all your kitchen needs! Spices, coffee all the cups, plates, silverware, and even place kid settings! The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever had away from home. Thank you for an amazing stay.

4 Girls Family Christmas

We rented this house for my sisters, their spouses, our parents and all the kids!! It was the best house and had everything we needed plus lost more we loved! The house is decorated in such a modern chic way and I loved every detail. I was amazed at how many seating options there were for all of us. We never felt we were crammed with 17 people and everyone had their own space. The hot tub and game room downstairs was a HIT for the kiddos. The host had a seeet treat and card for our kids and that was so special! The furniture was great quality and we have zero complaints. So may Christmas memories were made the kids all said they wanted to make it an annual thing! Thank you to Derek and Angela for the amazing hospitality, the warm welcomes and for opening your house to us!!! We will definitely be back, maybe in summer to enjoy the pools!!
