GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to entire villa except the garage and laundry room.
Lower spa available for unlimited guest use. Upper spa available for additional fee of $75 for four hours - inquire with host for additional info and restrictions.
No visitors are allowed (only registered guests). NO PARTIES ALLOWED OR TOLERATED. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS
You will need to show a photo ID as well as QR code provided by host after reservation and check in at the security gate upon arrival.
Community pool and clubhouse access is not allowed (residents only)
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only and must park in front of our home. Absolutely no parking in front of other homes or vacant lots. Violators will be assessed a fine and possibly be towed at owners expense.
Trash must be disposed of immediately (community trash bins are located one street up) Do not place trash bags in front of home our outside to avoid unwanted pests and rodents. Violators will be fined in accordance with HOA restrictions.
Absolutely NO fireworks allowed in our community. Please reach out to host for acceptable locations for fireworks.

Pets: 2 maximum and need prior approval. Must be on leash when in community neighborhood. Aggressive dogs will be referred to local authorities and dealt with on a case by case basis. We will not be held liable for your pet. Any penalties, fines, or legal fees will be at your expense.

COMMUNITY CONSTRUCTION:
Plaza del Mar is a new growing community of upscale homes. Currently there are two new homes under construction next door. Contractors do their best to accommodate residents and guests alike, but there's a possibility of experiencing some level of construction noise during your stay. Allowable construction hours are 7 am - 5 pm Monday thru Friday. 7 am - 1 pm Saturday. No construction allowed on Sundays.
