Beautiful renovated old Istrian house with a small pool, huge garden (15.000 meter square), lavanda field and many fruit trees. There are no neighbours around, only nature and perfect for night sky stargazing. Rovinj is 20 minutes by car.
The house is situated in central Istria and all sights and places on the peninsula of Istria are reachable within one hour maximum by car. This location will provide you with peace and quiet days and nights and you will escape summer rush and noise. You and your family can completely immerse yourself in nature mood.

My family owns this house and the property for 20 years and we put a lot of love in interior and exterior of the house. Only this year we decided to rent it and to allow other people enjoy this piece of hidden nature.
As my personal life has changed a lot since a baby came to my life, my partner and I decided to move a bit to rural place instead of being in the capital and started the idea of renting our Istrian house.
Why they chose this property
The house is situated in Humnjani, a small village of 3 houses. Our closest neighbour is 0.5km away from us which gives us the opportunity to hear only birds and other small animals in the surrounding. The house is surrounded with a lavanda field and many fruit trees such as apple, plum, almond, walnut and many olive trees.
Other small villages in surrounding are reachable either by walking or riding bikes.
What makes this property unique
The small forest on our property, lavanda field and fruit trees all around make this place really unique. This Istrian house is 100 years old and together with its supporting facilities (which are all renovated) make you feel the part of the history.
