Other things to note 1. There is no exhaust fan over the stove, but there is a window to crack if needed
2. The backyard is the last phase of renovation under construction. While we have yet to install sprinklers and sod, we just poured a large cement slab and built a gazebo for outdoor use and BBQ'ing. While the backyard is the only shared space with the upstairs tenant, they typically use their patio on the front yard. Note - Propane for outdoor BBQ is responsibility of guest. If out, this means a run to Home Depot for a replacement
3. Park in walking distance for kids and dogs on leash
4. Lots of parking via large parking pad in backyard through alley access. Can easily fit 2 large trucks + trailers with room for another vehicle
5. Our next door neighbor is the maintenance man, retired veteran and unofficial neighborhood watch who has lived next door with his lovely wife since the 80's. Our co-host lives a few houses down and always has a new idea on how to make the home an even better experience for guests (she just won top home host in Montana!!). Anything you need they are happy to help.
