• Bathroom
• Kitchenette
• A/C unit, ceiling fans, and central A/C

Like an apartment building, exterior common areas are shared (see Guest access).
The space
This is a cozy 1 bedroom casita perfect for couples, with its own private screened-in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in your own hammock. The backyard features a beautiful shared lagoon-style pool (not heated) with a waterfall.

• Coffee & tea bar
• Convenient breakfast items
• Private patio

This unit has a separated back area that is used for laundry. Guests and staff access it during reasonable hours only.

Exterior common areas shared with other guests include:
• Courtyard
• Lagoon style pool (not heated)
• Patio
• Grill
• Laundry area (requires quarters)

Street parking is available anywhere in the neighborhood within accordance with city parking laws - allow 5 feet of space on either side of trash cans, bulk trash piles, fire hydrants, and driveways when parking
Other things to note
• The front lawn is irrigated a few times a month - it is normal to see it flooded. Don’t be alarmed!
• The guest suite appears larger in photos
• The pool (not heated) closes at 10 p.m
• Coin-operated laundry is available on-site (requires quarters)
• Surrounding neighbors have dogs that you will hear at some point during your stay.
