We stayed for the marine corps marathon and I couldn’t be happier with the comfiness of the beds. Our communication with the host was quick and efficient.
Location was perfect for what we were looking for. House was comfortable. The neighbors have a dog that likes to be your 6:00am alarm clock, but we didn't plan to sleep in anyway. Kitchen is small and could use a few more cooking supplies to make it easier to make meals, but we made it work without much of a problem. Check out was super simple, which is always a plus!
My family and I stayed for a few days in early June. 1st time to the D.C. area and had a great time! The house was clean, in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and a perfect location to D.C. We drove into the city daily with no issues - only a 10 to 15 min drive to downtown and all the sites. Plenty of parking garages downtown and easy to navigate around. Drove over to Old Town Alexandria one night for dinner by the water. Neat place and recommend a visit. The owner of the home is professional and friendly - we had a few questions the first evening & his response time was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely rent from the owner again.
My family and I rented this property for our vacation down to DC. It was very convenient to all of the landmarks and even more so to Old Town in Alexandria which is the place to be come sunset for dinner, shopping, and fun. The house had parking and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had a little kitchen that let us prep breakfasts. The showers and bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was relaxing. I took a star off because we had to call Customer Service because we didn't get access information or any communication from the property owner until the day we were supposed to check-in. Once we connected he was very nice and very attentive.
Great location & the host was great. There were some plumbing issues during our stay. Host said they would be taken care of after departure. Beds are comfortable, bring your own pillows though. Would recommend.
We enjoyed our stay in Arlington. We met family for a long weekend. The size of the house and the amenities were perfect for our family 5 (2 couples and a teenager). The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. The dining room table was perfect for brunch and board games. Traveling into DC and Tysons was extremely convenient and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet.
We had a lovely stay at this VRBO. It was very sufficient for a family of four needing temporary accommodations during the week while our home was being renovated. Quiet and friendly neighborhood and not too much traffic nearby. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful and we would certainly recommend.
