We loved our stay. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. It was even better than the pictures. The beds were comfortable. The younger kids loved the play kitchen under the stairs. The teenagers loved the ping pong table. Beautiful views of the lake. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
We spent 3 days here and had a great time. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. The host was very responsive and helpful with an issue we ran into that was beyond anyone’s control. The downstairs could get kind of noisy but overall a good experience. The pass to Ideal Beach Resort was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again.
We loved our stay at this home! Super clean, comfortable, and a great location. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The pass to Ideal Beach was a nice perk as well. If you’re looking for a place to stay at Bear Lake, this is it.
10/10. We will be staying here again!
A beautiful home and the views of the lake and the valley are gorgeous. We had plenty of room for our family, which included small children, teenagers, young married couples, and older couples. The furniture and decor is modern and comfortable. Access to the beach and the small towns is close and easy to get to. The host was easily available and helpful.
A few things could be improved, however, such as tending to the weeds surrounding the house, and making sure the front entry and garage are swept and clean. The water and ice in the refrigerator are very slow to dispense, and there is little ice production.
All in all, we all enjoyed our time at the house very much. The younger crowd loved the ping pong table. We love Bear Lake and have been going there for many years. We would definitely stay at this property again.
Beaver Mountain is a terrific little ski resort. The snow is amazing, the people are friendly, and the lift tickets are affordable. We're happy to find this little gem after the chaos of Cottonwood Canyon traffic and crowds during our last few Utah Ski Vacations. We looked for a place to stay and this house was perfect for 10 adults to ski/board during the day, and chill in the evenings with puzzles, cards, movies, board games and ping pong!Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all you need to prep and cook meals, so Mike's Market (grocery store) and Crepes and Coffee in Garden City both provided all we needed to eat and relax. We fit 10 at the meal table, with room for 6 more at the counter to eat. We went to Logan one day for lunch and coffee, and that was a fun excursion with a beautiful drive if the skies are clear. When planning, it seemed that the drive from Garden City/Bear Lake to Beaver Mountain was much easier than the drive from Logan, and we were right, we've heard the canyon on the west side of Beaver can close in the snowiest conditions.Visiting from NC, where we get an inch of snow a year, we were happy to find the drive from the neighborhood entrance to Beaver Mountain always clear thanks to Utah DOT! This charming bungalow is up the hill, providing for an amazing view of the lake and mountains beyond, but private plows came through after every snowfall to make it easy to get out. Thanks, we'll definitely be back!
This house is newly built. There was enough room for my larger family/extended family. The kitchen had plenty of seating with space to entertain our group. Overall, our stay was wonderful. I would suggest completing the window coverings immediately to provide more privacy for the bedrooms. The living room was like a fish bowl in the evening and all the many surrounding homes could see in. The driveway was awkward and steep to park around. The kitchen could use a few more common amenities like, trash bags, kitchen utensils, dish soaps, Tupperware or aluminum foil/ plastic wrap . Last but not least, the house should offer a fair amount of toiletries. Our first night revealed that we would need to supply more of our own personal supplies to have enough for our entire stay( three nights). We would stay again, but just come more prepared to supply more of our own personal items during our stay.
