Welcome to downtown Victoria; known as the Garden City. The studio is walking distance from downtown Victoria and located in a vibrant neighbourhood; surround by shopping, restaurants, and a thriving entertainment district. The studio has a queen bed and is styled with simple modern furniture and decor. The studio is best suited for up to 2 adult guests.
Guests are welcome to use the shared Rooftop Patio that offers outdoor furniture, a common BBQ, and spectacular mountain and city views.
Downtown Victoria is the host to the famous The Fairmont Empress hotel, Legislature Building, Chinatown, and a charming Old Town district. Downtown is centred on the lively Inner Harbour, crisscrossed by water taxis, seaplanes, and whale watching boats. At Fisherman's Wharf and Park, visitors can explore marine life along the quaint floating pier with food kiosks and shops.
The studio is located 11 blocks away from the city centre, a main bus route is located right outside the building. Uber and taxis are available to assist with transportation if you are visiting without a vehicle. The City of Victoria is a bike friendly city and provides the option for people to cycle comfortably around the city.
The studio features a queen bed and is styled with simple modern furniture and decor. The space is bright, has modern finishings, and a cathedral height ceiling. The studio is best suited for up to 2 guests.

Queen Bed
Kitchen with basic dish, cookware, Nespresso machine, French Press
Living Room with a couch for 2 guests
Dining table that doubles as a designated work space
Private deck with 2 chairs
The bathroom is enclosed and has a door for privacy
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo
In-suite washer/dryer with complimentary laundry detergent
Guest are welcome to use the complimentary coffee, shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
Guests are welcome to use the shared Rooftop Patio that offers outdoor furniture, a common BBQ, and spectacular mountain and city views.

2 bicycles can safely be stored on the private deck attached to the studio

Guest will use a keyless entry system to enter the suite. This allows for self check-in and check-out, also sent with building access code.
Guest will access the suite by taking the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor
There is no designated parking; guests will park on the street, There is no mail box access.
There is pay parking on Fort Street until 5pm and 2-hour paid parking on Meares Street behind the building. (more details in 'other details' section)

Downtown Victoria hosts not only the world-renowned Inner Harbour, The Fairmont Empress hotel and Legislature Buildings, but also Canada's oldest Chinatown, and a wonderfully charming Old Town district.
You are in the hub of downtown Victoria, in walking distance to most amenities. Victoria also boasts a great metro system, bike lanes and now Uber as well.
Additional Parking information:
Effective May 1, 2023, pay parking at on-street meters is in effect daily from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m
Sunday on-street parking has a four-hour time limit, with a fee of $2.50 per hour in a 90-minute zone and $1.50 per hour in other areas of downtown
On-street parking continues to be free from 8 p.m. – 8 a.m. and all day on holidays
Monday - Saturday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., on-street parking zones range from $2.50 to $3.50 per hour with 90-minute to 24-hour time limits
Payment can be made by coin, credit card, the ParkVictoria app, or the City Parking Card (see below) at an on-street pay station within your zone

This is our vacation suite, so we appreciate you treating it well:)
- Do not smoke, vape, or use cannabis inside the suite or on the property.
- No parties, events, or loud music on the deck or in the suite.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours.
- If you use the BBQ, ensure you clean it afterwards
- No live shellfish allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
