**Less than 1hr from Minneapolis. Darling lakefront cottage on Lake Ann. 3 bedroom (1st King, 2nd Queen, 3rd twin bunks, loft 4 twins) 1 bath & a loft open to living room below w/4 twins. Water toys, beach area, yard games and a fire pit (wood not provided) for the gorgeous sunset views. Wonderful flat lot perfect for yard games. There is a paddle boat & paddleboard for your use. This is a mellow, QUIET lake that is stocked yearly with fish, so bring your fishing gear! You can follow @frogcottagemn * Cabin has been updated & appears “modernized”, it is still very much a cabin. Water tank & septic, so must be conservative w/water & flushing (only tp & if comfortable preferably let “yellow mellow” occasionally), efficient showers etc..**SEND A NOTE WITH YOUR BOOKING REQUEST of who will be in your party & what the rental is for. Family gathering, Friends weekend…
* Person renting property MUST be with any guests at property. ***Pontoon can be included with separate contract.

Cozy Indeed!

Overall our stay was very nice and sweet. Unfortunately, didn’t get a chance to enjoy the lake too much because of the weather but oh well. Not something that is a deal breaker.

Great cabin!

We stayed over the weekend for a family wedding that was in town (very convenient location for the Reeds and Rushes venue). Awesome little cabin with everything you could need. Well stocked, awesome host, lots of extras like yard games, etc. We didn’t have time for activities on the lake since we had a wedding but we wouldn’t have been able to use it due to algee. A couple notes for parents with toddlers: bring a baby gate to block the bottom of the stairs. They are very steep and there was not one provided in the cabin. Also, all the doors are pocket doors that do not have handles- made it a bit difficult to shut the doors all the way for nap time and over night. Absolutely not deal breakers just would have been better prepared had we known this. Would definitely book this place again!

Impeccably clean and well appointed cabin

We had a great stay with our mixed age group! The cabin was extremely clean and offered many sleeping options for our group of 7. The pontoon worked well as did the paddle board and paddle boat. The only disappointment for us was the lake. It didn’t seem very fishable despite our best efforts. The lake water near the shore was not swimmable like we hoped and the photos showed a sandy beach that was not maintained

Frog cabin get a way!

The cabin in wonderful remodeled, all beds were comfortable, we used the paddle boat and water board. nice to have available. there was a rainbow over the cabin on sat night, very fun. Thank you.
