Our downtown condo is a short walk from the shops and gourmet restaurants of Downtown Traverse City, a stone's throw from the Tart Trail that takes you to the nearby marina and nature trails. This premier unit has a gorgeous unrestricted park view from the balconies. A pleasant drive outside the city takes you to the breathtaking golf courses the Summer Golf Capital of America has to offer. (Check out the TCgolfguide for the incredible golfing Traverse City has to offer.) Walk across the street to the beach and take a dip in Grand Traverse Bay. The spectacular color tour of the autumn canopy draws visitors in the Fall while the 35 plus wineries within a 30-minute drive are open year round. And don't forget the eight plus breweries and several distilleries around town to chose and sample from. Vacationers return with the snow to ski and snowboard at some of the Midwest's best ski resorts and TC always does the holidays up right.

When your day is done, rest in the 2 story condo, comfortably furnished with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, all located in the upper level, along with a full bath. Beautiful tile floors in the kitchen, baths and foyer. Spacious living and dining areas are on the 1st level, with a fully-equipped kitchen and half bath.

Decent condo

Was good for a week stay with my two younger children. Clean, well kept. Not a big deal, but little kitchen basics; salt, pepper, oil, spices, etc. So if you plan on cooking, plan on bringing those and maybe a decent pan. I'd stay again. Also, A basic park with playground across the street :)

Weekend stay.

Nice property and location. Enjoyed our stay. Might benefit from dusting of lamp fixtures to raise the level. Snacks from previous guests found under the sofa cushions indicate cleaning could be improved, although the place was otherwise very clean. Definitely needs a new refrigerator. A bit dissapointing to arrive finding a note telling guests to not overload the refrigerator as a solution to an inefficient refrigerator. Parking was easy and it's very walkable to downtown area. Communication with host clear, timely and without any issues.

We had a great time here using it as a base for a long ski weekend. We also enjoyed the food and other amenities Traverse City has to offer!

We had a blast staying at this condo in Traverse City! It was exactly what we were looking for, so cozy and comfortable.The host was quick to respond and very kind. Grwat location, nice property, overall clean. Some supplies were not stocked but the host responded very quickly. One thing that would have made our stay better would be more comfortable mattresses, especially the twin beds.

Great Location in a Beautiful Town

Easy 2-3 block walk to the main shopping and restaurant area in town. One block from the beach! Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Condo was clean, all appliances in working order. Pleasant views of the park across the street.

Excellent value and location

This condo unit was a tremendous find for us, as we were relatively late in booking our trip and comparative options were much more expensive. The condo was much bigger than expected - a very nice, 2 floor unit with all living spaces downstairs the 3 nice sized bedrooms upstairs. The owner helpfully offered us an early check-in without our asking, which was much appreciated. The parking was super easy and convenient, and overall the location is terrific. The only complaints are covered in prior reviews - the sole shower in the unit is functional but needs to be upgraded or replaced. The mattresses were a bit firm and not the best.

This is a clean well maintained condo. Owner is easy to reach and accommodating. Park your car and easily walk downtown or to the beach. Traverse City is a great place to relax.

We stayed for 4 nights for a quick family getaway with my 3 kids. Condo was a great location easy to access everything around tc. Nice park across the street. Extremely clean. Very spacious condo which was great with my girls. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely stay there again! Easy check in process and 11 am check out time was a plus.
