There are mini splits to keep cool when your not relaxing from at the beach and a spacious back yard for your cookouts. The property is tucked away on a quiet side street yet close to all the Upper cape has to offer.

All linens are included in the rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Access the patio from the kitchen door where you will find the gas grill and outdoor seating for six.
