Kierland, Old Town, Golf, Malls and Restaurants. Hike, Bike & Jog for miles at McDowell Mountain Preserve out your front door.


Full access to a spacious backyard with lounge chairs, a grill, and covered seating! You'll also find plenty of outdoor activities including; mini golf, a pickle ball/basketball court, yard games, ping pong, and a large POOL!! The fun continues inside where you have full access to a pool table, bar, and more! The kitchen is completed with a large sink, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee maker. Guests have complete access to an in-house washer and dryer.

Clean, luxurious bedrooms are found throughout the house's FIVE beautiful bedrooms including three rooms with KING SIZE beds and FULL bathrooms exclusively for the room! The other two rooms have two full beds in each. One including a full private bathroom!

Accessibility: there is one step inside of the garage and multiple steps to the main entrance. Most of the patio is wheelchair accessible. We are working to find an effective, easy solution to make access easier. COS STR 2031549

Great property - enjoyed grilling, pickleball, and the pool. Communicating with the host was easy and they were responsive and helpful. A mile from a hiking trailhead and near plenty of golf courses.

Beautiful home in Scottsdale

We enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful home in Scottsdale. The highlight was the amazing pool with waterfalls and hot tub. We also played pickleball every day on the private court. There were lots of great trails nearby. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed many family dinners on the patio. I recommend this home for families traveling together.

Spring Training March 15-22, 2025

VRBOOur family of 10 8 adults and 2 children spent a family vacation at the Scottsdale Paradise Home. The home is as beautiful as the pictures on their website. There was more than adequate space to accommodate our family. Plenty of seating with multiple areas within the house to just hang out, watch TV, or play pool/darts We cooked most of our meals during our vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans along with any appliances we needed There was plenty of dishes, glasses or silverware, so we never ran out. The grill and grilling area was exceptional in a lovely setting Bedroom were spacious with walk in closets and comfortable beds. Everyone appreciated having their own bathroom. The master bedroom was as spectacular as the pictures show Everyone enjoyed all the activities the house had to offer. Especially Pickle Ball, Basketball, Putting Green, fire pit and of course the Pool & Hot tub. Again there was plenty of seating with multiple beautiful seating areas either in the shade or sun. The outside area was very private between the beautiful landscaping and how the yard was situated you did not see neighboring houses. The host was easily accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had while planning our trip and once we were there. I highly recommend this for a large group and would not hesitate booking for another family vacation

Excellent Property and Stay

We celebrated a family birthday here and had a wonderful experience. Kids were active all day with all the outdoor sports and great pool/hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone and short drives to many attractions we had planned (Old Town Scottsdale, hiking, Popstroke, etc.). It was very nice to have grocery 1 mile away for food, drinks and adult beverages. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

A Peaceful and Beautiful Retreat

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space is beautiful and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the pickleball court, the hot tub and the lounge areas outside. It is beautifully landscaped. The neighborhood is very peaceful and close to some amazing hiking. The interior of the house is spacious and well designed. We had quite a few family members working remotely but there was plenty of room and privacy. The house is beautifully decorated. I will say it could use a deeper clean in the kitchen. Also, I always appreciate it when a property has ample dishwashing tablets, trashbags, etc. Unfortunately, this one did not and we had to make a run to the store just to stock these items. That was a bit disappointing. The listing emphasizes that the house is perfect..with a little more attention to detail, this property would be in fact, be perfect.

Fiesta Bowl/Pickleball Vacation

We had a really great time at this beautiful home! The property manager was extremely quick and responsive if we had questions. The backyard was private and beautifully landscaped but did back up to a very busy highway so a lot of noise from that. Also, the pickleball court didn't have any lighting so unable to play after 5pm.

We selected this home because of what it offered: pool, spa, pickleball court, grass area for play. It also had 4 bedroom en-suites which we required. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable for reading or watching TV. We enjoyed dining outside.

Perfect Desert Getaway

The property was extremely clean, and owner/property manager were quick to respond to any concerns. Everything was as beautiful as pictured. A few maintenance issues (basketball net, hot water, temperature inside), and kitchen was lacking in some basics if you plan to cook meals. Aside from that, this is the perfect place to stay in Scottsdale for one family or multiple families!

A great family getaway

Our recent stay at Kristin’s house was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The spacious living areas are perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. However, the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the great pool area. Spacious and entertainment luxury

This property is massive, with plenty of room for family of 7. There is so much for the kids to do…with the pool, hot tub, putting green, pickleball and basketball court, pool table and dart board…it was perfect for our very competitive family! The private lot was wonderful. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions. Can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous Family Vacation

The accommodations were wonderful and it was the perfect fit for our family of 9. Every couple was able to have their own bedroom and bath. The master was incredible! There were 2 family rooms with big screen TVs which was great. For entertainment, we enjoyed the pool to the max and many games of pickleball. We also drove just down the street to hike in the McDowell mountain range. We really miss our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beautiful pool, lush greenery and view of the mountains. We came for our anniversary and could not have been more pleased. We are already thinking about a repeat for next year!

Pure Perfection- Stunning Home

This stunning home is PURE PERFECTION. We absolutely LOVED our time in this magnificent house!! We hoped to explore Scottsdale, but once we arrived at this resort-like home, we wanted to just enjoy every minute here!! Between the basketball court, pickleball court, putting green, beautiful waterfall/pool, hot tub, darts, pool table, ping pong table, hammock, arcade machine, it was truly an oasis!!
