BEACH CLUB

Guests can access the Beach Club at Las Catalinas by paying a fee of 30 USD + 13% VAT per person per day, with $15 redeemable in consumables at the club restaurant. Reservations required.

Inside the home, just off the terrace, the large windows and doors in the indoor living and dining area connect back to the terrace, outdoors, and the ocean beyond. A modern well-lit kitchen is perfect for hosting dinners crafted by private chefs.

All of the bedrooms are set privately on the second floor, with a jack-and-jill bunk room and guest bedroom across from the master bedroom and a studio. Balconies off the master and studio face out towards the ocean and street below, allowing for easy connection with the community while maintaining the home’s beachfront lifestyle.

An expansive rooftop terrace rounds out the home, complete with lounge seating and the best ocean views in the house.

When ready to leave home, all of the amazing experiences in Las Catalinas await. From sunset barbecues on Playa Danta and catamaran cruises along the coast to guided mountain bike rides on the trails, there is something for everyone in this active beach town.

To ensure a care-free vacation, a dedicated Housemom will manage all of the tasks, preparing breakfast and light snacks with guests ingredients, and coordinating housekeeping while you are out enjoying sunset barbecues on Playa Danta, wine tastings in the Cava at Copper and Stone, guided mountain biking trips on the trails, or diving off the Catalina Islands. Las Catalinas is located 26 miles West from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR).

While Casa de Los Monos is located in the most quiet and peaceful side of town, it's important to note that Las Catalinas as a whole is rapidly evolving into one of Costa Rica's most unique beach towns.
