Best Views in Colorado!!!

Our stay was truly special! This home is literally on on the top of the mountain with the best views you’ll ever find in Colorado! The home was clean, had all the necessities you would need for a long stay, the views especially from the kitchen were breathtaking and communication with the property owners, especially Christina was one of a kind! She was extremely responsive and helped us out in a very tough spot we encountered. As they mention in the listing, I would only drive a 4WD/ AWD vehicle up to this home - the STEEP dirt road can get muddy/slushy in the rain/snow. Christina, again thank you for everything! We will look to come back at somepoint. 10 of 10 stay!

Amazing mountaintop retreat

My family was looking for somewhere we could stay to enjoy both Denver and Boulder but also have plenty of quiet. Not only is the location perfect, but the views are incredible and the house is super comfortable.

Mountain retreat

Beautiful views, vey secluded and private. Perfect house for our mountain getaway. Definitely need 4 wheel drive because the road to the top is unpaved and steep.

Beautiful secluded home

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Make sure to get an AWD or 4WD as stated in the description. The primary suite and bathroom are more fancy than the other rooms. Note that all of the bedrooms are on the bottom floor which I didn't get from the description but the primary is pretty far from the other two bedrooms. The views are simply stunning, we saw a black bear driving back "home" there one early evening, and Linda is just fantastic. We had a few issues and she was so incredibly responsive and kind. Go visit!

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful week with one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. Sleep quarters are on the ground level while living quarters and kitchen are on the upper level. Very Steep ride. Make sure you have an SUV to make it to the top. Management company was very responsive. Only downfall was because it is a final destination and one hour from the grocery store, there were no baking sheet or dishes. Wish the kitchen was better set up for cooking meals.

Beautiful View

Views that can’t be beat! We arrived after dark and didn’t know what to expect, but woke up the next morning to the best views you could ask for. Snow capped mountains for miles! Would definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a view!! It was just amazing out there! The description of the driveway is accurate....you definitely need AWD and a confident driver to get there! There were a couple of concerns with the cleanliness, but when i contacted SkyRun they were very quick to respond. Overall, it was a fantastic time!! Tha k you!

Very Memorable Vacation

The views from the house are breathtaking. There’s plenty of room to hang out, play games, or watch shows. The secondary lounge downstairs is a great space for teens to have their own area. We were able to cook all our own meals in the upstairs kitchen. Nederland is nearby in case you need to make a grocery run. We had a great experience and are thinking about coming back. Linda at SkyRun went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible.

Winter weekend

Beautiful location. Steep driveway as advertised. Need good 4 wheel drive with big tires if coming in winter. Fireplace did not work which was a little disappointing. All in all enjoyable weekend away.

Amazing views

This place was amazing. Me and my wife just got married in allenspark and we stayed up here for a week for our honeymoon. The view was absolutely amazing. Almost 10,000 feet up, doesnt get any better. The place was super clean and modern. Bathrooms were really nice and bedrooms were really comfy. All in all great place to stay and definitely need 4x4 to get up there

Great trip

Loved the location, close to Casinos and nice restaurants. Get your groceries on the way in! We’ll definitely be back in the summer, but we enjoyed our little winter getaway.

Remote, peaceful, retreat

Everything was as expected, lovely views, location was close to many activities for being on the mountain top. Great picture opportunities at sunrise & sunset when it wasn't cloudy. The only negative thing was that we did see mouse poop on the kitchen counter two of the mornings. So we were strategic in where we put our food. Loved this long weekend getaway with my teenagers and friends.
