Cozy and Beautiful Basement Apartment Excellent for one person or small family.
This peaceful place to stay is ideal for a single person wanting to stay in quiet, for a couple or a small family of three. More guest can be allowed but at an extra fee. Also I can provide an extra mattress if necessary. The couch can be converted to a bed also. It is a 1-bedroom with a living space, dinning, kitchen and full bathroom. 1-car parking is available.

I live in the neighborhood. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
It is the best price among its kind in Brampton. In the summer it is a walking distance to the park and to several bus stops. It is in a central position, about 15 minutes to some parts of Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga and Bolton.
