Enjoy this newly remodeled, gorgeous two floor condo giving you two separate spaces for 4 people to enjoy. Coffee and tea available on both levels, so you don't have to worry about waking anyone up! There is a bathroom and sleeping area on each floor. This property has all new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new LG smart TV in living room and a full leather sectional in the sitting area in the master bedroom which also has a TV and DVR player. Enjoy yourself in the two heated pools and work out facility on site or across from condo. Plus fishing docks! Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Leave the car at home ! Beach chairs, noodles, a snorkel set, a 6 ft new beach umbrella, beach anchor to keep the umbrella up, beach buckets , shovels, beach towels and new Blackstone grill all included! Tennis courts across the street! It doesn't get any better than this!
