Great spot for access to Lake & Wine Region

This property is conveniently located minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cayuga Lake and all the wineries. It had all amenities I needed. It also had a great outdoor space with a firepit. The only issue I had was the keypad to get in the front door. But the owners were immediately available by phone and got me in quickly.

Location!

We were visiting Cornell for college tours and it was a great location. Close enough to campus to have meals at the dining hall and a wonderful jumping off point for visiting tourist sites like Corning. Overall just like the listing.

Family visit to Cornell

Great place that met all or needs. Close to Ithaca , Cornell. Spacious with nice big back yard, great for the dogs . Host was really helpful with questions , would definitely recommend.

Cayuga Lake gem

Needed a place close to Ithaca and this was perfect. Plenty of room for the three of us, and the place was exactly as advertised. Great communication and an all-around positive experience

Mini vaca

Communication was excellant. There was a bit of a discrepancy but taken care of immediately. Management was informative and friendly. Unit was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of hot water, and good shower pressure. For five women, that's amazing! Had all amenities needed and plenty of space for game night or watching a movie. Not far from Myer's park and the lake, shopping, Ithaca, and within driving distance to Cornell University and Ithaca College. Also, within driving distance to tour the local breweries and wineries around Cayuga Lake. Would recommend.

IC Commencement Weekend

Grandparents, parents and siblings comfortably stayed here over IC’s commencement weekend. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive each way, so not super close, but very manageable and worked out well. Everything was clean and easily accessible. We had a great weekend!

Great apartment in the perfect location

My husband and I traveled from NH to the Ithaca area to attend a family wedding at Dutch Harvest Farm. We wanted to maximize our time together by sharing accommodations and this home was the perfect solution! It is a short drive to the venue with a DD right down the street. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything one would need away from home. The space is clean, configured for gathering and the beds are very comfortable. The managers are excellent with communication and very flexible to meet our needs. Overall an excellent place for a family to stay while in the area. The 4-star on property description is minor and most likely non-impactful for most people. We stayed in unit 2 which, we were not aware until arriving, is a basement apartment. My nephew stopped to say hello on his way to our event. At 6'10" his head almost touched the ceiling. Other than this lack of information, we were extremely pleased with the property ad it's management.

Perfect for a place to stay

We were looking for a place to stay dropping our son off at college. Location was out past the mall, which for us was nice as it was very quiet and just a 10 minute drive to Cornell. Communication with the management company was excellent. Bring a hair dryer (unless the add one after this). It's a downstairs unit so you will hear people walking overhead. It's clean, has great firm mattresses (likely new), excellent heating/cooling, has basics for bathroom/kitchen (salt/pepper, shampoo/etc). Kitchen is small so, if you're a large group, will be challenging to cook a large meal (we bought and left a larger frying pan). Overall, would very definitely stay again at this unit!

Baseball Trip

Two families, booked together. Booking family had a last minute emergency. Rear of home, has location for rental. Communication was amazing. Easy to communicate with the owner. Thank you for making our summer baseball trip amazing!

This house is years in the making. We've always dreamed about having an escape away from the East Coast pace where we could just relax and unwind, even for a long weekend. After years of planning, we were finally able to do it.

We agonized about every detail of to make it feel like your home away from home. And we hope it's a stay you'll never forget.

Newly renovated home designed with you in mind. We designed every corner of this home to fit the needs of our guest. And we're constantly improving. Open spaces and fun communal outside area make this a great place to stay. We are close to the lake and downtown Ithaca. Unit 1 is truly a special apartment.
