Oceanview Condo steps from the beach on the fabulous Shore Drive

Come experience one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach from a view that will leave you speechless. Our fully redesigned condo on the renowned Shore Drive offers a modern and bright look with a cozy feel so you can confidently call your home away from home. Our state of the art Green UV system will ensure you have the cleanest air possible and is unique to our unit. Updated furniture, power outlets, smart TVs, and renovated bathrooms provide you with the ultimate beach vacation!

Parking: 2 passes are provided free of charge but additional vehicle parking passes can be purchased directly through the Pelican's Watch complex for $100. No trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or boats allowed on the property.

Entry: Our unit is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator for easy access.

Self check-in: The unit is controlled by an electronic keypad where you are given a personal access code for the duration of your stay.

Washer & Dryer: Located in the unit, just outside of the main door in the entranceway. Detergent pods are provided as a complimentary service.

Linens: Bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, linens, and comforters are provided. They are all cleaned and laid out ready for your use upon arrival. Pool/Beach towels are NOT provided so please bring those with you.

Pool: A public pool for guests of the complex is located across the street with no gate access code to enter.

Unit Accessibility: You have access to the entire unit with the exception of the owner's closet.

Beach/Pool Equipment: We partner with a company that supplies beach and pool equipment, games, and necessities for rent and will deliver them to the unit. Check out www.sandsavvyrentals.com.

Policies: No Pets or Smoking allowed.

Hosts do not have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, and general grounds.

What is there to do?
If you're into the most happening scenes in the area, you're steps away from the world famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and Sandals Lounge located just across the street at Sands Ocean Club.

The Myrtle Beach Airport is about 15 miles away along with Broadway at the Beach, TopGolf, Myrtle Grande Mall, and Barefoot Landing.
