Almost perfect

The place is clean and cozy with plenty of space for 8 people. I wish there was seating for 8 in any of the common rooms, though. Adults aren't as good at sitting on the floor as we used to be.

Everyone in my group was really impressed by this rental, and we all agreed it was one of the best ones we’ve stayed at. Very clean, clear directions for everything, good communication, and lots of little accommodations/creature comforts that made it feel very homey. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, well maintained, plus some thoughtful additions… Coffee pods for our first morning, (yep, we forgot our coffee), lots of towels, spices for take out dining and a few yummy snacks! Use the garage, as street parking is definitely a premium and have a great time!!

Such a cute little house!!

We came to the Chicago area for a graduation. There were multiple age ranges in the house and the set up was perfect for us. The older folks stayed in the 2 main floor bedrooms (the staircase downstairs was hard for them) and the younger folks stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, dining room with a large table and a sitting room with a TV. Downstairs has a bedroom with a door, a sitting room with a futon and tv, a full bath and a laundry room. Aside from the layout, the house felt like a home. The hosts had a nice coffee bar and many extras for us. The linens were soft and comfortable and the towels were a nice quality. (Water pressure and temperature of the showers were excellent!!) The neighborhood was quiet and it was so nice to have access to a garage as we had 2 rental cars with us. It didn’t take too long to get into the city, we checked out Oak Park and all the lovely history there and it was a very easy trip to the Midway airport. The hosts were very responsive and so very kind. Our special occasion was made even better by our accommodations!

Because of our experiences with home-away rentals, we recently purchased a property that would provide our guests with the same safe and security we have experienced. We want others to feel that they can relax and enjoy the solitude of a home when they return from their daily excursions. Being born and raised in Berwyn, it has always held a special place in my heart. The area has undergone massive changes and is one of the most sought-after suburbs to own a home. It is located 7 miles west of downtown Chicago and offers easy access to the amenities and attractions of the greater Chicago area. The city has excellent transportation links, including Metra train stations and major highways, making it a desirable place to live for those who work or commute to Chicago. Berwyn is a thriving community offering a unique blend of urban amenities and suburban charm. The city has several art galleries, studios, and performance venues, where local artists showcase their talents. The diverse culinary scene is another highlight of Berwyn. The city boasts many restaurants and eateries, serving various cuisines, including Mexican, Italian, Middle Eastern, and more.
