What a wonderful place ! Great location with its own parking. Beautifully decorated and comfortable as your own home. Definitely a place we would stay again!

The adjacent house we could hear everything they said . It was annoying. Not because they were too loud just no sound barrier between the two
This home and its location was amazing. Cleaner than a hotel and each member of my party had their own space. The location allowed us to explore and enjoy Charleston to its fullest. The dedicated parking space was invaluable and the host was responsive to texts. Definitely worth every penny!
It was the perfect location for our group to stay. Four couples and for nice bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. Will definitely plan to stay at the property again.
The location is great, close to everything. Owner very good to deal with Relaxing place. All in all a great place. If we go back to Charleston we would certainly rent it again.

Just as pictured/described and quite comfortable. Keyless entry is easy. Parking space is very nice to have despite many sites within walking distance. Only suggestion is to more include basics for eating in: kitchen sponge, potholders
The property was amazing! Great location-close to everything-walking distance to coffee shops and Ice cream. Nice private courtyard. Never had an issue finding extra parking on street. Management very responsive and helpful.
The property was exactly as described. It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated. We were very happy with the location close to everything. We loved Charleston.
We had an amazing stay! Checkin and checkout were both seamless, the house was clean and was accurately described in the photos. A 5 minute walk to king street and other fun restaurants. Would love to come again!
Everything was great and the property was adorable. Great location, comfy beds, easy check-in. Only complaint was the super short shower head, lack of closet and no towel hook in the upstairs king room.
Manor 93A provided the perfect setting to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. The house itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and en-suite bathrooms (which are hard to find in a 4BDR house) were beautifully appointed. We were steps from everything we wanted to do, but far enough away when it was time to unwind. Zero complaints—when we return to Charleston we hope to stay in this exact property! Bravo!!
This was a really beautiful place to stay and very convenient. Easy walking to King street with all the shops and eateries. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. It is kid friendly with a few adjustments. We put the pretties up. We would definitely rent again!
We loved our stay at Manor 93 A. The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room for a family of six.
The beds were amazingly comfortable, I need to find out what they are!!
The only thing that could be improved was the kitchen pots and pans. They need a frying pan in the very least but other than that, it was spectacular! Thank you!!
We love Charleston, have run the bridge for years and almost always stay at the Dewberry, but I think we have found our new home with Guesthouse Charleston. The house was beautiful, clean, well located and we felt immediately comfortable. The property was clearly restored with care and very good taste. Loved the bedrooms, the bathrooms were well supplied and the kitchen was loaded with wonderful coffee! We were very happy and look forward to staying in more of the Guesthouse properties. Our daughter wants to rent a group of the homes for her wedding! It was perfect.
We loved the house, but the bedrooms are quite small, especially the king size bedrooms upstairs. The interior house pictures included in the listing make the rooms look much more spacious. We had no room to put our suitcases in our upstairs rooms and no dressers, and one hook for hanging clothes. Also, many other rental units share the same driveway so it can be a bit noisy at night when people return from late night fun. Overall, the house was great, clean and in a typical Charleston neighborhood.
Great location. Beautiful house. Good amenities.
But if you are looking for quiet and privacy, this isn’t it.
Privacy - The front door and patio doors have floor to ceiling windows with no coverings. You can see to the back of the house from the parking lot. You can also see through the shades in the bathrooms upstairs so you’re giving a show to the neighbors if you shower or do anything in those bathrooms.
Quiet - The parking lot is courtyard style between 4 (or 5) houses. You hear everyone coming and going and people aren’t too considerate. The drive and lot are gravel so you hear cars coming and going as well.
A handicapped spot is right next to the front door. Everyone parks there (handicapped or not) and they can see right into the house from there. Not sure why they didn’t put 93A parking there.
There is a connecting unit to 93A that you can rent with 93A or rent separately. There is a door upstairs that is locked between the 2 units. You can hear everything with someone in the other unit.
Also, there is construction on one building facing the parking courtyard so hammering and sawing and whatever started around 8:30a and went until 6p.
The house was very nice and well-equipped. Renovated, clean and up-to-date. Some of the furniture was a little stained but overall furnishings were in good shape.
The upstairs A/C didn’t work very well so a couple of days got a little stuffy upstairs.
The house was beautiful but it was hard to relax with the other issues.
