Beautiful beach getaway! Highly recommend!

This unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect for 3 adults and a child. The master bed and full size bunk beds are big and comfortable. Only steps away from the ocean and friendly neighbors. Thank you for hosting us, we would love to return in the future.

Clean and well equipped condo within steps to the beach and restaurants. We had a great stay. Easy parking right in front of condo. Communication with host was easy and quick. Do recommend this gem!

The property was a charming 2 bedroom condo right next to a beach entrance. I loved that pretty much everything needed for a weekend including beach supplies was provided. There were plenty of dining options and there was a bus that could bring you to the boardwalk. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the owner was also seamless.

pleasant stay

We stayed only 1 night to celebrate my sisters 50th! Wished we could have enjoyed walking the few steps to the beach or exploring the great neighborhood. Kevin was an excellent communicator and very accommodating for our needs! We would stay again for sure!

Long weekend

Check in was easy as well as checking out. Nice & clean (that is always my biggest thing). Owners got back to me within minutes if I messaged with anything! Actually 75 steps from the beach!

A Wonderfully Satisfying Stay in Ocean City

Ocean get away

This location was superb. My recently graduated, teenage daughter and I spent three days and two nights by the beach together before she started her fulltime job. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach and to be able to relax and park the car for the day. The outside of the house is unassuming, but don't let that fool you. The inside is so pretty!! The communication with the property owner was beyond wonderful. There was great communication every step of the way! I would definitely go back to this house again!

Fantastic Stay/Location/Property

Everything about the description of the place is spot on. It's literal steps away from the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and everything you could possibly need/want. Kevin is a great communicator and the instructions for everything from check-in to check-out is crystal clear/easy to follow. They have so many things available for you to use (beach equipment, kitchen, etc). Highly recommend this place as the distance to the beach and the owner couldn't be better.

Perfect Location

Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated. Perfect, little place. We so enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was very quiet off the main road. Literally steps from the beach, we used the in house chairs and beach towels, so convenient. Walked to Northside park, Starbucks and WAWA. We could have walked to dinner if we wanted. Highly recommend.

Steps from the beach!

This property is exactly as titled: Charming 2-Bed Condo Steps From the Beach! The place is filled with everything you need, from an iron, pots and pans, to boogie boards and beach towels. I liked not having to find parking, it was right out front. Kevin was hospitable from start to finish. Thank you Kevin!!! It was a little too cold for the beach but since it was so closed we walked to the sand every day. We are definitely going to return this summer!

Last Minute Memorial Day Getaway

A friend and I booked this lovely condo a few days before our visit. Kevin from the Miller team was awesome! He provided great communication and customer service every step of the way. The condo was very nice! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Check in and check out instructions were very simple which is not always the case with some rentals. The location was perfect the beach and everything we needed was within walking distance of the condo. We parked the car and didn’t need to drive until we departed. I would definitely stay here again!

Quick Getaway for the fourth

Decided to go to OC for the 4th at the last minute. Kevin was on top of the reservation and answered any and all questions promptly. The place was very clean and had everything we needed stocked in the place. We brought beach chairs and beach towels not knowing the condition of the towels and chairs and it was unnecessary. We could have used the ones the owner supplied. We were sitting on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the door of the place. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely condo, great location, and wonderful hosts

Millar-Scott Investments LLC were the best hosts compared to other rental properties I’ve used before. They let us know that the property was ready for us to access after it was cleaned a couple hours before the stated 3:30 pm check in time, very kind and allowed us to start enjoying our vacation sooner! They also checked in with us during the stay and were attentive to my questions. This property also had the simplest of checkout instructions (just removing personal items & trash and turning off the lights & A\C). The location was great too! The condo is situated about a 15 sec walk to the beach. Right across the street on the bayside is CVS, Wawa and Pablo’s Acai bowls. Bonus: Laytons (best donuts) and the crab bag are nearby too. The unit itself is great, it has been well maintained over the years and has a nice beachy aesthetic. Quality linens & towels. Great for small and close groups. There is parking for two cars and other street parking available too nearby. Overall great stay! Will be back!!

Across the pond meeting! Kevin is from Maryland and Zara is from England. We met in England in 1995 and married in 2000. Kevin moved to England in 2000 and we lived there for almost 18 years. We have two late teenage children plus Archie the dog and Willow the cat. We have always had a passion for real estate and for travel. Shangri-la for Zara is the beach so we decided to make the best of both real estate and travel passions to decide to be hosts. We love meeting new people and both have backgrounds in service industries and understand great guest service experiences. Kevin travels alot for work often on overnight stays all over the US. Many times he feels service and guest expriences are lack luster at the hotels. We want you to have a relaxing, worry free stay at our property and are here to provide the best guest experiences we can. We hope to earn your booking and are just a call, email or text away with any questions you have.

Why they chose this property

We wanted something in North OC as it is quiter and beaches tend to be less crowded. The surrunding area is stuffed with restaurants, shops, convenience stores and close to the Delaware border. You will not want for much with all of the amenities around you when you stay.
