Relax with the whole family/friends at this peaceful home in Chico, California. Enjoy the pergola while gazing out at the swimming pool. How about a fun afternoon of barbecuing, swimming and enjoying Chico’s sunny weather. We have brand new appliances in the kitchen, family style kitchen table, lovely cognac living room couches, Roku TV along with a sitting area and a small bar. You have 3 bedroom that sleep 6, king bed, queen bed and a full and twin. Full laundry, full kitchen with brand new appliances, quartz countertops throughout, microwave, coffee maker, dining table that seats 6. Outside you will enjoy a pergola with patio, large swimming pool, inflatables for pool, jacuzzi, pool house w/full bath, games, bar. Inside you have very nice couches for living room with TV, modern bathroom with additional 1/2 bath, closets in each bedroom with luggage racks, ceiling fans in each bedroom, central heating & air. Lovely home located by Bidwell Park, close to downtown, Resturant’s, shopping, post office and stores. Fabulous location and close to Chico State University. Come enjoy the beauty of Chico and enjoy this beautiful home. We can’t wait for you to plan your stay at our 5 star Poplar Park Retreat.

Just as advertised

Everything was just as expected. Very clean and well maintained. While we didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, I can see how they how be very enjoyable in the warmer months. We did enjoy the Pac-Man game and the darts. The bed were very comfortable. Good location to visit downtown and the park. No complaints at all.

Very Well Maintained and Comfortable

Very comfy bed! I have come to expect that beds in vacation rentals aren't great but the king bed in the primary bedroom was really comfortable. The entire house was very comfortable and had everything you need to have a great stay. We were in the area for Thanksgiving and I found everything I needed in the kitchen to prepare a full Thanksgiving feast. I really loved the fridge. Strongly recommend.

Nice pool and yard hangout

The backyard hangout is put together very nicely with the patio and seperate pool house The only inaccuracy in the listing is the amount of bathrooms. The listing says 3+…. There is 1 1/2 in the house plus 1 in the separate pool house. But the stay was nice and the host was kind and communicative. Would stay again

We had a nice time

Came up to move my daughter into her first college apartment. The home was very nice and comfortable. The one uncomfortable thing was the multiple cameras in the backyard that were on during our stay. It felt quite invasive. It was 113 degrees during our stay, and we were looking forward to plunging into a refreshing pool, and the pool temp was 95 degrees, so that was a bit frustrating as well. Besides that, a great time was had. Thank you.

Family-friendly house & location, walkable to downtown

My husband and I visited Chico and were delighted to find this generously accommodating home. Although it was midwinter and we couldn't use the pool, we loved the design of the kitchen and dining area for family dinners, and the kiddos (who napped there) thought the sturdy bunk beds were a dream come true. To let the parents sleep, we picked up the children and headed out to breakfast at a different spot each morning: Beatniks, Tin Roof, Jack's, Roost Café, Helen's Donut Nook. The fresh air and peaceful walk got the day started right. The common area was open and large enough for one child to play chess with grandpa while the other zoomed a remote-control car in the spacious living room
