Edgartown home with all you need to feel comfortable. Close to the beaches and downtown. The home is located less that a mile from Morning Glory Farm, and right off the biking paths that lead you to all the great places Martha's Vineyard has to offer! This is a 2 story home, with vaulted ceilings and new central air! All floors and bathrooms were remodeled in 2024. A loft area overlooks the family room which has 2 skylights and a great view of our backyard. The home has 3 bedrooms offering 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and one full bed. The loft offers one futon.
Downstairs is where the family room is open to the kitchen and dining area. It has glass sliders that lead you to the large deck that overlooks a wooded lot. There is a gas grill for your convenience, as well as an outdoor shower for those sunny beach days that we all love in Martha's Vineyard! The back of our home faces South and has plenty of sun on our back deck as well as has rocking chairs and an outdoor dining table for your enjoyment. This home is in a nice area, off West Tisbury Road, and is set back from the road. This is the place for a nice, relaxing vacation, but a close ride to the beaches, shopping, or to any other activity you may enjoy!

Wonderful vacation

We stayed for a week for a family vacation on the Vineyard. The house was perfect for our family of four and in a great location close to Edgartown. The backyard was beautiful and quiet and overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

The best place ever!

First the owners were awesome! The yard and deck a 10! The house so clean and perfect. Coming from an area in Tennessee where there is noice all the time the complete quietness was so nice. All I have to say is lobster role! There are some many places to eat and see. We can't wait to comeback.

Great family vacation

We loved the open floor plan of this home and the spacious back deck. The location in Edgartown offered privacy but also easy access to one of our favorite beaches (South Beach) by car, foot, or bicycle. We hope to return in future years.

Great vacation home...

We loved our stay in this bright, comfy home. We felt at home and loved the large yard and peaceful surroundings. We were close to the beaches and downtown Edgartown. The bike path is up the road and we will be back this year!

I've been vacationing in Martha's Vineyard since I was young every summer. My love for the island led us to purchase this home to enjoy with our family and friends. We love the atmosphere and the people of the island.

What makes this property unique

Taking a walk to Morning Glory Farm, or biking to downtown Edgartown. Morning Glory Farm is just 1/2 mile away and it is only 1.5 miles to Main Street!
