Welcome to our newly renovated condo in the heart of Rocket City! This centrally located condo is 3 minutes from Mid-City & less than 10 minutes to Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, and downtown. With two spacious master bedrooms, there's plenty of room for your group to spread out. Oh, and did we mention we've got a dedicated workspace and lightning-fast fiber Wi-Fi? So whether you're here to relax or get some work done, we've got you covered. Can't wait to have you as our guest!

Important to note: Condo is on second floor and stairs are required to access the unit.

Guests have sole use of the entire condo with a private entrance and keyless access. Access code will be sent prior to stay and will remain active for the duration of the visit. To lock the door when leaving, simply close the door behind you and press the 'Yale' button at the top of the keypad.

Nice overnight trip

We had a little issue with getting arrival instructions but the host was very quick to help us. The condo was clean and appeared as pictured. The street was bit noisy at night, which is beyond host control, but just be aware that a noise machine is handy at night. Overall we were very pleased with the accomodations.

Great Location

Standing water when showering (not draining properly), NO icemaker, had to ask for checkout list on day of departure. We went to Botanical Garden which is beautiful. Easy access to highway, parking easy.

Good Location but unit needs some attention

Location was very central for us but the condo is showing some wear & tear. Carpet needs cleaning, bathrooms could use better cleaning and touching up of paint and there were a few other smaller maintenance things that could be easily fixed. Just didn't seem like their was the 'Eye for Detail" like in other VRBO's we've rented. For example the clothing rod in one of the closets was leaning against the wall in the corner of the closet next to a pair of high top tennis shoes, that weren't ours. There were some stains on one bedspread. Something was smeared on one bathroom wall. Overall we were happy but the stay could have been so much better with more attention to cleaning and maintenance

Great condo

We (3 adults) were in the area for a wedding and stayed one night. This was better than a hotel because we had more room. It was clean and I was impressed with how well stocked it was. It was a great location. Not only was it close to the wedding venue, it was close to the downtown area and the space and rocket center. Communication was excellent! I would love to go back when I have more time to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Huntsville Roadtrip

The property was clean and easy to find. The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do. I never received any information about what to do when checking out so wasn’t sure exactly what to do with trash or linens. The thermostat was hard to figure out if you are not tech savvy. It would have been nice to have a folder with all the important info. for older folks. We couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work or figure it out so got hot at night.

Perfect!

The condo was exactly as described. Nicely renovated with a lot of thought put into making the stay comfortable for guest; spotless, comfortable bed, Keurig pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, soap….all the little things. The WiFi was truly lightening fast! The location was great, lots of restaurants & stores close by (even some open during the winter storm!) We hope the condo will be available for all return trips!

Excellent Stay!

Super location, nice and clean with first class host communication and responsiveness! Host was able to track information, communicate information, and help make resolutions and when we had an all day water outage, made it right with a discounted rate. McKenna was simply awesome and I would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone!
