Luxury Beachfront End Unit - 3 Bedroom

Welcome to paradise on Marco Island! We would like to invite your family or friends to be our guests at the Somerset, one of Marco Island’s most luxurious gated beachfront condominiums. Our condo unit (Somerset 601) is located at the south end of Marco Island, and boasts the largest private beachfront on the island. Located on the 6th floor, our unit faces the Gulf of Mexico and provides unobstructed views of the beach in either direction.

Our condo is located on the favorable sunny south end of the building and is a spacious 2,200 sq. ft. that has two master ensuites with king beds, and one bedroom with a king bed and detached bathroom across the hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, dining room, laundry room and a 253 sq. ft. lanai overlooking the entire beach. With beautiful decorations and furnishings throughout, maintaining our South Florida theme is what it’s about. There’s an gulf view from every room!

The Somerset 601 includes amenities such as Front Door only Ring Camera, wireless Internet, DVD player, TV's in each bedroom, iron and ironing board, basic toiletries and covered parking. For your convenience, linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and beach. Please note that the 601 is a non-smoking unit.

The Somerset is a gated community that offers two large saline water swimming pools and two tennis courts. Additional amenities include a fabulous covered grilling area, Business Center, Community Room, Elevators, Private Beach Access and Covered Parking.

Marco Island is the largest of Southwest Florida's 10,000 Islands and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It has been described as magical, mystical and alluring or just plain paradise. The island is six miles long and four miles wide and connected to the mainland by two bridges. Naples is just a short 20 minute drive. The attraction to the Island is the spectacular sunsets, white sandy beaches, tropical island ambiance, and a very casual laid back life style.

There is much to explore on Marco and the surrounding Islands. Bird watchers will love to see Ospreys, Bald Eagles, Pelicans, Egrets, and Herons. Fisherman will love the abundant Snook, Snapper, Grouper, etc. Sea turtles, dolphins, and manatees are also abundant and easy to see. So no matter what you are looking for in a sunny vacation spot you will find it here in our little corner of paradise!

Great condo for families!

We enjoyed our stay with our kids and grandkids. The condo is a good sized corner unit with amazing views and large balcony. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Nancy was easy to communicate with and accommodating regarding baby rental delivery and early check in.

Nancy's property was amazing, was better then online posting. Had everything we needed for our week stay. Top of the line appliances, having your own washer and dryer was awesome. Beach view was perfect, bedrooms were wonderful, and was in great location to many popular restaurants, and everglades. Will definitely stay again!

Absolute perfection - Amazing location

I cannot say enough about this property. The manager was fantastic communicating. The location was directly on the beach. The unit was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed to have a fantastic day at the beach with the kids. Toys, carts to pull, chairs, umbrellas. Definitely will book this again Marco Island is a paradise.

Excellent location!

My family of adult children and adult grandchildren stayed in this beautiful condo Thanksgiving week. There are wonderful views of the beach and Gulf from all the rooms and includes 3 balconies! It is furnished nicely with a comfortable beach decor. Another advantage is the full sized washer and dryer. The kitchen and 3 both rooms appear to be recently updated. All you need to do is bring your clothes. Everything else you need is there for your vacation.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful trip to Marco Island! Nancy’s place was beautiful. It is in the perfect location - walkable to restaurants and shopping and right on the beach. The pool at the property was great for relaxing at the end of a full beach day. Nancy’s house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a large tent that we used daily to set up on the beach. She also provided plenty of noodles for lounging in the pool. Our view from the balcony was great to watch the sunsets each night and we also ate breakfast outside on the balcony each morning! Overall we loved the condo and would love to come back again!

Great Location for Marco Island Vacation

Overall the property suited our needs perfectly. Only real complaint was the set up of the bedroom off the living room. It had an excellent view, but it was separated from living room by louver door. No sound barrier and each time the door was opened to exit the bedroom, it woke the other person up. I would look into perhaps having some kind of French doors that would offer more privacy. For this reason, I don't think it sleeps 3 different sets of people well.

Best beach in Florida

Wonderful condo and owner! By far, the best experience we have had on VRBO. The condo was very nice and clean. The owners have towels, beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and more, all available for use. The beach is beautiful and not crowded! Well worth the money! You will not be disappointed!!
