This home is located on the outskirts of San Antonio off of SR52. This area is known for its proximity to hills and parks for first rate biking. Many Bike Clubs meet regularly in San Antonio to start their runs. Located close to numerous golf courses, ranging in the less expensive to the PGA qualifier Lake Jovita and more. St. Leo University is in the nearby area. San Antonio is a small, friendly, community area within easy driving to Dade City, Tampa, Orlando, or the beaches of the central Gulf area. Centrally located, near 1-75, with easy access to all that central Florida has to offer. This quiet, clean, reasonably priced, pet friendly, easily accessed property is a welcome change to a motel stay.

Three good nights!
Nancy’s house was super nice. Clean and comfortable and in a great location. As other people have said the road noise is noticeable but definitely not a deterrent. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and you have the run of Nancy’s adjoining property. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!!

Stocked with basics. I was very comfortable there. Beautiful surroundings and enjoyed all of the sounds of nature. Nancy was very welcoming and available if needed.I was able to walk her naturalized trail into the wooded area down to the creek.It is a heavily trafficked area so you have to be able to tune that out.

Nancy best person you will ever meet and her dog's Buddy and Mandy. Trailer located close to everything excellent sun porch enjoyed are 30 day stay.

Our 6 week stay
The pictures online are older pictures. The location was very good except for traffic noise which you do get use to. Nancy was very friendly and easy to talk to. Apon arriving we encountered a very dirty trailer. The floors required sweeping and mopping. The dishes in the cupboards had dried food on some bowls and plates and some glasses had dried Cola type product. We washed all the dishes by hand because there is no dishwasher and cleaned out all the cupboards which were also dirty and also placed some shelf paper on the shelves where we intended to place things. We could not use the sunroom because previous renters most likely left their dogs In the sunroom and their was a distinct smell of urine and feces stains on the carpet. Nancy offered a shampooer but we decided to rent a commercial shampooer which we did. The area required three shampooings to get rid of the smell. The both bathrooms required a deep clean. Nancy said the hurricanes with strong winds caused a lot of dirt and dust to accumulate inside. The trailer is now much cleaner than on our arrival. Nancy does not charge cleaning charges so just be aware that you may have to clean the trailer up.

An older rental but a nice location. It was a affordable and spacious. Close to alot of things to do. Host was very nice. Huge plus for us was the yard for our dogs. Could use a good cleaning but we just wiped everything down. Would book again.

It was perfect! Away from busy noisy cities, but close enough to shopping for all our needs. The house was very clean! It was equipped with everything anyone would need. We will definitely stay again when we get a chance!

The stay was nice. The lot is shaded by beautiful oak trees. There’s a Publix grocery store about a quarter of a mile down the road. It’s a rural setting which we enjoyed.

Great private location for golf and bike trails!
This is a charming, spacious home with a a king br and a queen br each with ensuites. The attached sunroom is bright and very large. The home is immaculate and is well- outfitted with appliances. It is located very near to grocery shopping etc. There are numerous affordable golf courses in the 10 -30 minutes distance range as well and lovely paved bike trails. Lots of interesting places to visit - Dade city and San Antonio pottery to name a few. The landlady lives next door and was pleasant and helpful. The dog was welcome.

The rental property is next door to our home. The rental home became available for purchase this year and we wanted to increase our acreage next to our property. Our home with the rental property is situated on a combined 7 acres. Approximately 1/2 of the property abuts wet lands and Cypress Creek. We have the unique setting of being located off SR52 (major 2 lane highway) for easy access but live among many birds, squirrels, trees, flowers etc. for a beautiful Florida setting. Rural without being rural. We have fenced in the rental home to make it more pet friendly but all are welcome to explore the property among the live oak trees.

This property is for the renter who wants a clean, affordable property, with easy access to central florida. One who also enjoys the 'quiet' time, 'home' feel while vacationing with a touch of 'nature'.

What makes this property unique

Bedroom community of Tampa/St. petersburg area. Local festivals like the Kumquat Festival, Bug Jam (volkswagon's galore), Classic car shows (Dade City and Zephyrhills), bi-weekly, Fresh water fishing, trails, bird watching, Sun Coast trail, Hillsborough River State Park, Green Swamp, Giraffe Farm, Wild Things Zoo, Pasco County Fair, etc.
