Island House Beach Resort- Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This lovely villa is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa features privacy for your stay with a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, screened lanai and covered parking. This villa is a short walk through the resort to the beautiful azure and turquoise waters of the Gulf to sit and enjoy the sun, sand and surf. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a large, heated swimming pool, game room and scenic beach front courtyard featuring shuffleboard, corn hole, seating areas and gas grills where the sunsets are fantastic!

Ride the Siesta Key Trolley to the Village to enjoy restaurants and shopping or take a quick walk south to more shopping and restaurants. Feeling adventurous? Myakka Park is close, rent a bicycle to explore the wonderful key, kayak/paddleboard in the mangroves and explore the newly opened Midnight Pass on the south side of Siesta!

Siesta Key Family Vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was great! Much room for improvement. The guest bedroom fan was broken. A lightbulb was burned out in the dining room. There was a chair missing for the dining room table. There were ants in the kitchen. We had to buy ant traps even though we reported this, nothing was done. The internet did not work. We had work and needed the internet. A drawer from the refrigerator was broken.All of this was reported to the main office.

Perfect spot

The first night we got there we had some trouble with the air conditioner and the property management was fast and efficient putting us in another villa. They are kind and very nice. Within the next day and a half we were able to go back to the original place and we loved it. The location is great and the beach is very close and beautiful. We understand sometimes life gets in the way but it all about how you handle it and the property management team was great. The communication was 10/10. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach. The location is in walking distance to the restaurants. We will be back.

Other properties do this.- Please get more complete sets of glassware and plates. It's crazy that we're paying so much for so little.- The toilet in the master bedroom is broken. The water keeps running unless you jiggle the chain. We had the same problem with the same toilet last year. This needs to get addressed.
