Lake Martinez is a small town with big personality, full of great people and endless fun for the whole family. Boating, off-roading, fishing, hiking trails, you will find it all and can do it all in the same day.
Immerse yourself in the desert river life at this newly refurbished, 3 bd, 2 1/2 bath, clean custom home.
Our short term or long term homestead comes with a boat slip that you will conveniently find adjacent to the Rio Loco Bar and restaurant just a short distance away. Starlink WiFi. Washer&Dryer just a few amenities that will come in handy. My family and myself have been frequenting the river for close to 20 years and have made lifelong friendships on the water. We continue to thrive in our happy place at our personal residence in the north shore. If you happen to need anything we can help accommodate you and your party. Feel free to message us at anytime.
