Amazing home in Sedona, Perfect for a group of friends or multiple families.
Gorgeous home and great time in Sedona. I stayed here with a group of friends to run a race. The home is absolutely gorgeous, and we had an amazing time. We did have an issue with the heating/cooling but the host sent someone out to repair it quickly so that was appreciated. The location is close to downtown Sedona, right on a trail head and very close to the chapel. Very happy with our experience.
There were nine of us who stayed for the weekend in this amazing property. Plenty of seating for all of us. Just be aware that there are stairs required so if you have anyone who has problems with stairs, this may not be the property for you. Other than that, it was beautiful. It was quiet. It was close to hiking trails and we had an enjoyable time.
We live in Phoenix and just needed to get out of the heat and the city for awhile.
This home had all the amenities to relax and just enjoy our time away from home.
The house was gorgeous, the amenities were above and beyond. Everyone had a great time, specially the kids, who were running from the game room to the jacuzzi. We will definitely be back.
This place was perfect for our needs!! We traveled with two families, total of 8 people and 4 boys, ages 12-14. The boys were able to enjoy the sleeping amenities of the “casita” with their own bathroom and game room attached. We were also blessed by the proximity of trailheads and could simply walk to our hikes!! Home was gorgeous, well decorated and really a perfect spot for our quick 2 day trip to Sedona. Highly recommend.
This place is all that it is advertised to be. Beautiful location, clean, easy check in, and modern, comfortable amenities. We found all the supplies we needed to prepare our meals and had plenty of seating for our group of 11. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is my son had to fix a few things that were not operating correctly. At this price I would not expect that. Overall great place and i would rent again.
This house was perfect for our extended family of 9. 5 adults and 4 teens. Loved the big table outside and the big table inside. Location was great. Best stocked kitchen I have encountered in a rental. Very clean. Hot tub was awesome and is serviced a couple of times a week to keep it that way. Patio seating was very comfy with good views of red rocks. I really can’t say enough good things about this home.
Positives – the house was very high-quality, along with all of the furniture and decorations. Excellent location. Kids had a blast with the ping-pong table and foosball table. The steam shower in the master bathroom was by far the best part of the entire house. Would return solely to use that again!
Negatives – the water pressure in the house is abysmal. Barely enough pressure to rinse yogurt off of a bowl in the kitchen. The one thing the bedsheets on all of the beds felt like they were blue light special from Kmart. The TV remote did not work at all, so we were unable to use it.
House was great (furnishings, beds, kitchen, hot tub), but was really upset that the fireplaces could not be used (there are signs on all the fireplaces stating “do not use”). Called the property management company when we arrived and was told it was due to insurance issues, which is understandable, but definitely felt like a bait and switch given part of the reason we decided on this property was the optionality of a warm fire given the cold temps while we were in Sedona. The house photos prominently feature pictures of the fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, and the property amenities include “fireplace” in the listing. Other than that, house was great.
We had family visiting us in Tucson from Ohio and North Carolina. They all wanted to see Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We booked this beautiful home in Sedona for a long weekend and took a day trip from there up to the Grand Canyon. It was a nice way to see both places in a short period of time.
This home is just as pictured. Plenty of room for a large family or groups of friends. The location is great - close to town, shopping, dining, etc., but remote enough from the crowded tourist area. You can walk to a main destination, the Chapel of the Holy Cross, which is a beautiful, spiritual place.
The neighborhood is very nice. The house is charming and comfortable, and you will find pretty much anything you need for food prep, and other needs such as laundry, soap, shampoo, etc. It was very clean. The game room was fun, and we utilized that a lot. The back yard is very large, and gorgeous with amazing scenic views, giving it the feel of being at a resort.
The only drawback to us was that on Saturday night while we were in the backyard playing games and some were in the Jacuzzi, we had a “neighbor” yell at us through a bullhorn that we were violating Sedona’s noise ordinance, and that if we were loud the next night, he would call the police. Our response was to say, “We’re sorry, we weren’t aware of this, and we’re going inside now”. We kept it quiet after 9:00 pm the next night and there were no other issues.
