This spacious 2263 Sq. Ft. Private Pool Townhome at Windsor at Westside Resort features 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, spread over 2 floors. Located just 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, this property offers the perfect retreat. The home has carpet on the stairway and in the bedrooms, with 2 King Size, 1 Queen Size, 2 Full Size, and 2 Twin Size beds for your comfort. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis (no street parking allowed).

The house is fully equipped with modern amenities, including central air, linens & towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, and free cable & internet. As part of our starter supplies, you'll find 1 roll of paper towel, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, trash bags in all trash bins, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. Please note that the house is self-catering, so we recommend visiting the nearest supermarket to purchase additional items for your stay. Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days prior to check-in)
The home is non-smoking, and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this policy will result in a charge against the security deposit, with a minimum fee of $400.00.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a small hotel-sized bar of soap in each bathroom, personal hygiene items, dish soap/sponge, detergent for the dishwasher, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.

HOUSEKEEPING: No daily housekeeping service is included in the rental rate. The property will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Clean sheets and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide welcome amenities, we recommend visiting the nearest supermarket to gather additional personal toiletries and meals.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we cannot leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, so all food items will be removed after checkout. No condiments, coffee powder, or other food items will be provided before check-in.

Excessive cleaning or a double clean will incur a $100.00 charge.
