2BR Chic Downtown ATL Condo w Free Parking

Summary:
Please note that this is a multi unit listing, it has two apartments: 902 with grey sofa is presented first, 1702 with blue sofa is presented after. They have identical layouts, each with 2 bedrooms (1King 1Queen),1 bathroom (902 with Bathtub and 1702 with Walk-in Shower) and you will enjoy the entire apartment space on your own. Your reservation will be assigned randomly but if you would like to check/book one in particular, please don't hesitate to contact us for availability inquiries.

Guest Access:
UBER and LYFT are easy to come by downtown, many tourist attractions are within walking distance, and less than 1 mile away are two MARTA station stops: Civic Center station and Peachtree Center station.

Guests will be required to check in with the concierge in the lobby and have their ID scanned the first time you arrive, and must come and go through the lobby during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.

Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.

AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.

Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.

Building is off the highway on and off ramp. AC did not work. Shower water never got hot, lukewarm at best. Other apts in the buliding have missing window blinds or no blinds at all. Somewindows

It was ok

The location was not so good weed smoke in the elevators pool wasn’t operational trash was still in the unit. They didn’t compensate me for having to clean the u it cabinets were broken bathroom not cleaned at all. The only thing I was told is they will get with the cleaning crew but no refund and I spent good money to be there

Overall, the stay and place was decent for what we needed for our trip. We appreciated the location and accessibility. Also, it was appreciated to have two towels and washcloths. However, there were some items that require improvement such as the communication and organization from the host could have been better. See below. 1. We should have been given the rental agreement before the trip to review and sign. Not during our trip. It was a disruption that we should have not had to experience. 2. Paying for early check in and then walking in to see a painter guy working on the wall etc. It does not seem like there was proper communication and planning to prepare for the early arrival of the tenants (us). 3. We never received a key fob for after hour access. 4. The Water pitcher in the refrigerator was not clean. Thus, we purchased water elsewhere. Additionally, the refrigerator should have been cleaner. Just over cleanliness of the condo.
