Perfect for visiting family in the area. Good size for two people. The only thing I would recommend is to have a throw blanket. There were extra pillows but we borrowed a blanket from family since it snowed while we were there. Otherwise we had a good stay. Thank you!
Overall the property was fine. It was clean and updated.
The location is about 20 minutes away from Grand Park and we found a family friendly bowling alley not far away.
My only complaints are a musty smell (not overwhelming, but noticeable), the pull-out couch had what looked like rodent droppings inside, and some loud and fast cars driving past the house.
I would definitely consider staying again if I am in the area.
Good option if you are able bodied and traveling alone or as a couple. Interior was neat and clean. Nice kitchen and supplies. Great to have washer & dryer as we travel light. Couch was comfy and we streamed to the TV. No storage for bags (we kept them in the living room) and no place to put toiletries in bathroom. Street was quiet but it is narrow so parking is precarious. Parked behind the house but not a good option if you have mobility issues. Owner was responsive during “daylight” hours but had no option if something happened outside those hours. We walked downtown using the river walk trail which is very nice.

Quiet but Not Clean
I thought I had the whole house until the day before I arrived then I found out it was a duplex. The main problem was cleanliness. Everything was dusty. There were cobwebs in almost every corner with little spiders. Whoever is cleaning doesn't care that's for sure. Sucks.

The little place was clean. Really bad area in fact the house next door is condemned. We were told originally we would be in the back cottage and couldn’t get in but it was actually the front cottage. No ice or ice trays, no extra blankets or sheets, no dishwasher.
The house was very clean and neat and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. The house was in an area that is being revitalized and close to the "historical Noblesville" downtown area...walkable were it not for the construction going on. I really don't have any major complaints but...the heating system was kind of loud when it automatically turned on(I'm a light sleeper) and on occasion, an unpleasant smell would flow through the living and bedroom areas. I couldn't determine whether it came from outside or the vents. The smell did not linger long. Other than what I've noted above, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.
