David and Demetria love sharing their home with travelers. We love to travel to other parts of the world, too. Hiking, biking, skiing, listening to music, and eating fun good food is what we love to do! Saratoga has all that and more.
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is close to downtown Saratoga. You can walk 10 minutes and be at our favorite eatery called The Local Pub & Teahouse on Beekman Street.
What makes this property unique
Our house looks small from the outside but has a big feel once you are inside. The screened porch and pool add so much space, too. It's so private in our backyard pool area that you don't even feel like you are this close to downtown! There is a second living space in basement (cool in summer) with wine bar and beer fridge.
