LIVING ROOM
Begin your escape with no-contact keyless entry. Go ahead and put your keys and phones on the entry table and go explore the house. You’ll even find a convenient charging station for your phone and other electronic devices. On your way to see the rest of the house, you probably won’t be able to pass up a test of our game wall. Later, you can return to the spacious living room for a little friendly competition or some quiet conversation or to relax with a good book. If you really must work, there is a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair and high-speed internet.

Enjoy hanging out in the kitchen and family room as the open concept enhances your ability to create some great memories.

FAMILY ROOM
In the family room, relax on our comfortable reclining sectional while you take in your favorite TV show or movie on the Roku TV or challenge each other on our gaming system. Enjoy the ambience of the electric fireplace, which also provides extra warmth during the colder months of the year.

KITCHEN/DINING
Craft culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll also find a toaster, hand mixer, blender, and even a Ninja Foodi (a combination air fryer and pressure cooker). You’ll have everything you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. You’ll even find a variety of oils, spices, cooking spray and plastic bags and wrap so you don’t have to buy those items. Grab your morning beverage from our drip coffee maker (with a starter supply of coffee and sweeteners) or teakettle and sip it on the back patio.

Dine at the dining table which has seating for 6 or enjoy your meal at the breakfast nook table or sit on one of the barstools at the kitchen island. Most days you can do what many of our guests prefer and dine outside under the covered patio and cook on the propane grill. You can pick up groceries at one of the nearby stores – one is even within walking distance. Or if you don’t want to cook, savor a great meal at one of the many restaurants in the area. Ask us for some recommendations.

BACKYARD
As you step outside, you’ll be able to enjoy our sparking pool year-round. From October to April the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a $75 startup fee plus $50/night. Lounge around the pool and enjoy the sunshine. Try your hand at our golf croquet course. You can even grab some fresh citrus off the trees in season.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
The area is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Take a hike in nearby Catalina State Park or on some of the other nearby trails. Play golf at one of the courses in the area. Walk or take a bike ride on “The Loop” a multi-use trail that is just minutes away. There are several parks close by with facilities for the entire family. Or make this your base for visiting the many other attractions in Southern Arizona.

After a full day of enjoying all the area has to offer, or just hanging out at your home base taking advantage of all the fun things to do, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of three bedrooms.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom features a king bed along with plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet, dresser, and bedside tables with lamps. Curl up with a good book in the comfortable chaise lounge or watch TV on the Roku TV.

You’ll love the convenience of the primary ensuite bath with double-sink vanity, huge custom walk-in shower, and all bathroom essentials (hair dryer, towels, makeup towels, toiletries, and more).

QUEEN BEDROOM
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a dresser with mirror, and nightstand with lamp. You’ll have plenty of room to store your luggage in the large closet.

TWIN BEDROOM
If you’re a kid, or even a kid at heart, you’ll love the game-themed third bedroom, which features two twin beds, lots of vintage board games, an activity center, and even a pack and play for infants and toddlers. Or if you’d rather, the two beds can be combined into a king bed.

BATHROOM
Refresh and rejuvenate in the common bathroom which offers a tub/shower combo and every bathroom essential.

LAUNDRY
You’ll love the convenience of the laundry area with washer, dryer, and supplies.

Even the garage provides a place to have fun with a foosball table and fitness equipment.

Booking is not considered final until guests provide a government issued photo ID and sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $100 to cover the cost of credit card fees and other costs incurred by the owners.

VRBO imposes a traveler service fee that can range from 6-15% of the total reservation cost. Those fees are imposed by and paid directly to VRBO for the use of their platform and services. Therefore, Casa Buena Vida does not have the ability to discount or eliminate such fees for reservations initiated through the VRBO platform..
