Picture yourself dining alfresco out on your furnished deck while the sparkling waters of Puget Sound lap against the shore. This gorgeous, single-level retreat is sure to be the highlight of your next vacation on the Olympic Peninsula! Break away and discover several local attractions including Ludlow Falls, Indian Island County Park, Tamanowas Rock Sanctuary, and East Beach Park, all found within 10 miles of your door.

The expansive great room, with its high, vaulted ceiling, is illuminated by several large windows and a sliding glass door that opens out to the deck. To one side, visiting chefs will find everything they need to prepare mealtime masterpieces in the island kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for four. Bust out the board games or dine together at the adjacent table before making your way into the living area to switch on the gas fireplace and stream your favorite channels. This home also features a front office with two desks and chairs ready for laptops if you need to address any remote work or schooling while you're away.

You'll also find a furnished and shaded front porch perfect for peaceful afternoons plus a washer/dryer to help you keep your laundry under control during your visit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful view, clean, and comfortable with bad communication.

House was very clean, space was open and clear of too much design clutter, soaps and kitchen supplies were provided - though toilet paper might be the cheapest sold.The primary bedroom bed actually being a full size queen mattress would be a hard won debate. It was small - so if you prefer a king and can tolerate a queen, you will be unimpressed by the size of the bed in the main bedroom.When we got into the area after a 7 hour drive from Spokane, the code to access the house didn’t work. We called the host line and were on hold over 40 minutes (never were answered), while my family froze outside.We messaged through the app and via the text line that sent us access details and finally got a response and were given a different code to get in.These things happen, but not a great experience, especially not being able to get ahold of someone. I then received five messages about how sorry they were and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable, to reach out.That’s easily said until an hour before checkout, we reached out to see if a late checkout was possible, as a 10am check out is pretty ridiculous (though advertised, so expected), and once again, didn’t receive a response or reply. All in all - nice place, beautiful view, narrow driveway, so if you have a large vehicle, keep that in mind, but the communication, especially when we couldn’t access the place, really brought what could have been a higher rating down a few stars.

Incredible!!

Very clean and open lovely home. Plenty of space for myself and friends. The bed in the "master" was surprisingly comfortable which was a pleasant surprise as I have a hard time sleeping anywhere that's not my own bed. It's also ergonomic which was super cool. Bathroom floors also heated and the master toilet has a bidet. Kitchen supplies were what I expected. Plenty of plates and bowls but knives were a tad dull with no sharpener found. There was a grocery store like 6 mins away which had everything else I could have needed. The little spice rack next to the stove some of the spices were empty. More spices in the cabinet tho and found some spices I've never heard of which I tried out and they were fantastic. Other than that I loved it there. Wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be staying here again if I ever get the chance.

Quiet location overlooking Puget Sound

Excellent facilities, pretty much as advertised. Great view of the sound for watching ships, whales, sailboats, etc. 10-15 minutes to Port Townsend for tourism. Four stars because we had minor quibbles with less than complete set of kitchen utensils, and a funky doorlock. We messaged the manager about all that, so expect something better by the time you get there. The driveway down to the house from the road is steep and not paved, as somebody else commented on. But my Honda Odyssey handled it quite well. No need for 4-wheel drive, as some other reviewer said.

Beautiful views in a quiet setting

This is a newer property with gorgeous views. The refrigerator freezer handle was broken when we arrived...the men all said it could be easily repaired with the right tool, so not sure why it wasn't. There were no chests or dressers and no luggage racks, so we had to deal with suitcases on the floors for items we couldn't hang in the closets. We also couldn't find the recycling bin, so one couple took items home with them. The kitchen tools were standard rental, e.g. dull knives and no sharpener to be found, etc., but there were some spices, and coffee provided, which was a nice touch. Overall, I'd give it a 4.8 and definitely recommend the place.

Views and serenity!

A very serene house to stay. We enjoyed the deck and grill. The door lock is a little quirky. Heated floors in the primary were plush! It was just what we needed while attending a wedding in the area.

The house is beautiful with a gorgeous view. It was fun to see the ships come through. My daughter had an app on her phone telling where the ships were sailing to and from. The kitchen really could use some attention. The coffee machine is very small, like one you’d find in a hotel. More utensils and some type of griddle would great.
