Home away from home

The property is easily accessible and the amenities such as groceries and pharmacy are within walking distance. The apartment was well maintained and property owner was responsive at all times when needed. I really enjoyed my stay there with my family. Absolutely my new favorite place to stay while in Kenya.

Fantastic place!

Phylys was a wonderful host. The apartment was very secure and was right across the street from stores and restaurants. The place is exactly how its described. Very clean. Would stay again.

A fine place to stay

I be booked the unit for one night and when I checked in I immediately booked it again for my next stay. It is better than advertised. Everything in the unit is of high end quality. The furnace in the bedrooms and the kitchen are all equipment whith state of the art furnishings. Too bad I was there for just one night. I am looking forward to my next stay. Be sure to reach out to the host on how to turn on the hot water system.

Host/Owner not professional

Issues were experienced with the Sofa, TV, electricity that the host/owner did not properly address. When asked for a partial refund due to the issues she refused. The problems could have been discussed in person, however due to her personal situation she did not come to meet us or send an appropriate representative to discuss. This demonstrates her lack of perfessionalism and unwillingness to make any efforts regarding these short comings.
