Spacious Loft in walking distance to coffee shops and great dining options.

Come stay at our stylish downtown loft! It's perfect for families, a group getaway, executives, or a couples escape. There are no quiet hours, our loft is above a bar and event space, but the noise is almost always gone by midnight, we provide earplugs by the beds. The only access is stairs, so you get to skip the stair master for the time you are here! 😃 The property is 2,400 square feet, so plenty of space. AND It's right in the middle of some of our greatest locally-owned restaurants, nightlife, boutique shopping, and coffee shops in Joplin. The new Arts and Entertainment Complex is just a few blocks away, also.

There are 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 separate comfy living rooms, a billiard room, and a laundry room in the unit. The kitchen has all you will need!

Fantastic Place!

This loft right in downtown Joplin was amazing! It was huge, nice, clean and totally modern and updated. The communication with the owner was fast and efficient and she was extremely nice. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Joplin!

Overnight trip to the area. Just happened to find this little gem in Vrbo. AMAZING!! Decor was fabulous!! Giving off some quirky 70’s and 80’s vibes. Spacious and comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer!

Great place and very clean!

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed playing on the pool table. There was some noise below us, but it wasn’t terrible. Check-in was extremely easy and the place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed at

This is really a cool and old loft apartment in downtown Joplin that recently been remodeled, but still has the old wood floors and trim work.

Overnight in Downtown Joplin

The Loft is an excellent place to stay. Though we only had one night there, we enjoyed our stay. Eateries are in walking distance (one just at the bottom of the staircase). The Loft has a great ambiance of an old town office building turned into a great place to stay. Joplin could use more of these places.

Wonderful stay

This was a great experience for our family of 8. Great location and options for food/drink within walking distance. Very attentive and responsive to any needs. There is a pretty big flight of steps to get to loft which could be challenging for some. Highly recommend!

Really cool place!

Absolutely loved the place, so much room, super fun to have the pool table and darts and games, location was great, nice bar/Restaurant right below the place. Not a place to walk around at night though, quite a few homeless ppl and drugs seem to be an issue with some of them. But this VRBO was amazing, and we still had a great time and ordered in pizza which was very good.

Fun Loft!

We had a great stay! We celebrated my son's birthday with a few of his friends! The pool table and dart board were a hit! There was plenty of space to spread out and the location was great! The loft had tons of character and charm! A+ experience!

Joplin Getaway

The loft was lovely. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Two large living areas allowed all of us to spread out after a long day of driving. There is a great restaurant downstairs with delicious food, so we ate in. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, and there was no good area to take our dog for a potty walk that didn’t feel a bit scary. The bar downstairs was a little loud for the front room, but barely registered in the other spaces. Overall, this was a comfortable place to stay.

Cute Place!

The apartment is great. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the eclectic decor. Beds very comfy. It is located right downtown Joplin. I do wish there was more to do downtown. Loved the restaurant next door. Although, it can be loud at night and you can hear it from the front bedroom. It is a great place however and I would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Joplin

This is a fabulous property. It's located above a top notch restaurant and within walking distance of several more. The air was nice and cold, the full kitchen well stocked for Keurig coffee and the game room was awesome. We played pool and darts and there were a variety of board and card games as well. It is large with two living areas and the six of us had plenty of room. Communication with Tiffany, the host, was expedient and thorough. She was wonderful!

Nice but Noisy

The place was beautiful. But what's not told to you is that it's above a bar and event space. So it's very loud. There's no noise canceling insulation or protection anywhere. Had I know this I might not have stayed there with my 78 year old parents. It's definitely not handicapped accessible as the stairs are steep and sketchy. In the front bedroom you hear every step up and down the stairs as well as every door that's slams shut. The shower in the main bathroom does not work. The bed in the front bedroom is broken and the head slops inward and your feet are higher than your head. Great location for party life, shopping and eating. Just kinda loud. lol
