Welcome to my home away from home! Unobstructed ocean views from the living, dining, and master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee from the screened porch or take a few steps from the condo to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and starter quantity amenities let's you settle in on your vacation to peaceful North Myrtle. Linens provided, washer and dryer in unit. On site parking. This is a no pet property. I am offering 25% discount this fall while I schedule window and slider maintenance and deck trim and carpet replacement. work will be scheduled around bookings not during.

Wonderful place!

The location is amazing! Direct view to the beach! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed! Communication with the host was easy, answers came quickly. This is really a piece of paradise!

Quaint, Quiet and Relaxing

We booked this property because we were interested in visiting the N. Myrtle beach area. I had not stayed here since the mid 1980’s. I read a few reviews and contacted the owner to get clarification on the keyless entry system. Kandi responded very quickly. I was no longer alarmed there would be any issues. The property was quaint, quiet and the perfect size for our party of two, although the condo can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. The check in process was easy. We had no issues with the keyless entry to the unit from check in to check out. The owner, Kandi was very responsive to me from the time we arrived to when we departed. The location of this condo is perfect for beach front views, ease of access to the beach, nice pool, and well appointed kitchen.The property size with less crowds was a bonus versus other high rise condo settings. We experienced a hiccup with the TV and Kandi responded immediately and within 20 minutes property management was on site to address the issue. Who comes to an ocean front property to only watch tv?Not an issue for us.Visiting guests must be reasonable when tech issues occur at a rental property. Often issues arise when guests tamper with cords and connections without control of the property owner. Nonetheless, the owner was on top of the glitch from discovery to resolution. If you are looking for a quiet, quaint property with the convenience of everything you need, this is it. We will be booking with Kandi in the future.

Perfect Location

This condo was just what we needed for our beach vacation. We enjoyed listening to the waves in the morning while drinking our coffee. You can always find a sport on the beach no matter what time of day. Short 20 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach or the outlets.

Dissatisfied/nasty

Property manager walked in on us before 8:30am while still in night clothes. The code for door is very hard to figure out & you could be locked out if the batteries die. We left all our stuff in the car & took to room as needed, left door unlocked while at beach or pool. The condo was very dirty. Owner lives in California, this place needs some attention. Balcony has mold. Humidifiers are in 2 rooms but still has a odor. Talked to owner over email but she only said she felt bad for us, offered to send lady to come clean whatever we needed but we already cleaned ourselves cause my sister owns her on cleaning business. Didn’t offer a refund. I offered to send her pictures. We will not stay here again, 2 nights for thousand dollars is too much. We didn’t even stay the second night cause we felt uncomfortable with it being 2 females alone. You can find better for that price. This place is over priced for what you get.

Host with lack of concern for safety for guest

The host refused to communicate when we got locked out of the home. She did not ask about our safety knowing we had a child with us and still has not to this day. We did not have any check in or check out information, only a code for the door lock that did not look like a lock. The modems were not connected so were unable to have internet or tv our whole stay and when we tried to contact her she never picked up to answer. The management at the location were unable to help us because the host did not give them her contact information or the ability to help when needed. The worst stay because of the host. I would not recommend staying because of her. The area is beautiful and plenty other properties that were less expensive and they probably care about the guests!! Oh, and the beds were uncomfortable.
