Beautiful condo in Beachside Villas that is new to the rental market!!! Just steps from the pool, this centrally located condo is in the heart of everything! Shuttle Stop to the beach is just outside your front door!

Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near one of the 2 pools in the complex. There is a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffle board courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Beachside 412 sleeps 4. 2 Queen sized beds. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Parking for 2 cars only.

Beachside Villas has a beach area west of the complex.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly good but was very disappointed I was not allowed on the beach closest to Unit #412. I walked out there and was asked to leave. Then I found out we ha to take a golf cart to a beach. I didn't know that before I booked with you

Beach condo

Loved the condo. 2 bedrooms each with its own bath provided privacy. The kitchen was a nice size. It was well equipped with nice pots and pans for cooking. Upscale dishes were a nice addition. Patio is small, but great for morning coffee. Loved riding the shuttle to the beach. Best of all, a beautiful beach, sugar white sand, crystal clear water. Our favorite beach!

Peaceful Thanksgiving beach stay

We came in town to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and this spot was perfect We seriously were just a few steps to the beach. Really nice neighborhood. Parking was just outside the door and we were close to so many restaurants and shops Definitely will reserve in the future Great Host too

Great beach vacation

This is a great location just off of 30A with great access to the beach, restaurants, and activities. Loved the condo and it was super close to the beach. Bottom floor condo which made it very convenient when carrying chairs and umbrellas to and from the beach area. Super clean, highly recommend.
