This rental has it all! From the moment you enter, your eyes will naturally be drawn to the expansive Gulf Views. This condo has a great split floor plan. Enter into the open foyer/living/dining area. Off to the left are the kitchen and your private primary suite. Off to the right are the guest rooms. You will be able to access the lanai from the living area, kitchen area, and primary room by using the floor-to-ceiling sliders that allow plenty of Florida Sunshine to come in. Relax on your lanai at the end of the day and watch the breathtaking sunsets.
Monterrey at Cape Marco offers MANY amenities including a private pool, fishing pier, beach access, fitness center, and social clubhouse.
*Please be aware there are security cameras throughout the building, garage, and outdoor common areas. Some cameras may have audio as well.
**Minimum 60-day rental per condo association.
***A Security Deposit equal to one month's rent is due to Sun King at the time of booking and a separate deposit equal to one month's rent is due to Monterrey Association when you submit your application.
