Phoenix by the Sea is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a pool and hot tub.

The main level of the home includes your air-conditioned great room, with the kitchen, living and dining areas. All are connected through open doorways, which provides room separation but also flows easily for family and friends to gather to create those heartwarming memories of time spent together. An outside walkway connects to the two main level air-conditioned bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a laundry area with washer/dryer available for your use during your stay. The spacious main level deck includes a covered outside dining area, BBQ grill and not to be missed is the hot tub, which is sure to be enjoyed after a busy day of exploring.

The lower level is accessed by an exterior staircase and includes the third air-conditioned guest bedroom, with en-suite bath, sun deck and pool.

Phoenix by the Sea is located on the south facing hill behind and overlooking Rendezvous Bay. It is located on a dead end road, so it’s a private and quiet setting and offers wonderful scenic vistas. Your view stretches from east to south. On your left you see Ditliff Point and Klein Bay, on your right is Bovocoap Point and Hart Bay, directly below you are the turquoise and blue waters of Rendezvous Bay, and off in the distance is the island of St Croix.

The house is bathed in sun from early morning to late in the afternoon, but its exposure to the trade winds and the air-conditioning in every room that keeps it very comfortable, regardless of the season and the sun. Cruz Bay is a convenient 8-10 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and grocery stores in town.

Living & Dining: Your air-conditioned living room is comfortably furnished with an oversized couch and two chairs, a wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite, perfect for watching your favorite sports game or TV drama. Or, our hope is you turn these distractions off and allow yourself to relax, settle in and enjoy the calming trade winds, stunning views and symphony of sounds of the Caribbean.

The home enjoys three dining areas. The air-conditioned interior dining room seats 6, main level outside dining table seats 4-6 and the lower level pool deck has dining for 4. No matter where you choose to enjoy your delicious home cooked meal, your dining experience will only be enhanced by the scenic views of turquoise blue sea.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped and is separated from the interior dining area by a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including an electric glass top stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster and the very important blender for preparing morning smoothies or evening beverages. Also included is a BBQ gas grill which is located on the main level deck.

Bedrooms: There are 3 well appointed air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all which feature panoramic ocean views through sliding glass doors. The main level master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed, TV and bathroom with tiled shower. The guest bedroom on the main level includes two twins beds, which can easily be converted to a king, TV and bathroom with a tiled shower. The third guest bedroom is located on the lower level and is accessed by an exterior staircase. This bedroom includes a queen bed, TV and bathroom with tiled shower. No matter which bedroom you choose, you can fall asleep in air-conditioned comfort or open your screened sliding glass doors and let the sounds of the Caribbean lull you to sleep.
