Great and large house

The house was almost too big for us! We were a group of 6 but it was wonderful. Perfect size, hot tub, comfy beds and clean.

It was close to Rocky Mountain National Park and convenient to things in Estes.

Unpleasantly Suprised

Townhouse and location in respect to downtown Estes and facilities were great. Townhouse managed by JWC Stanley, of Stanley Hotel fame. Communication with JWC Stanley prior to check in was horrible. The check in process was cumbersome. None of the televisions in the condo were working. Employee was able to get one functional. Communication between JWC Stanley was poor. I have been charged twice because although I paid VRBO months before as it had not been received by Stanley at check in. Stanley demanded payment at check in, hence double payment. I’m now left to sort that out between VRBO and Stanley. Management was dismissive of all concerns throughout the entire process. In summation, a very expensive disappointment. Do not rent this listing or rent from JWC Stanley unless you welcome frustration. There are plenty more in Estes.
