Fifth Wheel - 27' RV - rent for short or long term - only 5 minutes from the Langdale Ferry, less than 10 minutes to the beach and to the historic Gibsons Landing of "The Beachcombers". Northwest coastal life is full of natural beauty at the base of Mt. Elphinstone, with amazing sunsets and star-gazing opportunities above the tall evergreen trees.
(Option - The RV can be moved to Half-moon Bay, both resorts are new and well-managed).
After a long day of hiking the local trails or exploring the beach, take a hot shower in the trailer or in site's showers (inc. coin laundromat). This 5th wheel is move-in ready. In excellent condition and loaded with all the essentials: Kitchen: Fridge, Stove (propane), dining table. 3 pc. Bathroom: (new hot water tank), Bedroom: Cozy queen-size bed, and couch (sofa-bed). Propane furnace and AC (new blower).
Fee includes, sewer, water and Wifi.
Summer months (July or August) rent is $1750/month or $1200/two weeks
Long term 6-9 months or more, rents for $1400 (June, July and August requires a $600 refundable damage deposit). Looking for a quiet responsible tidy single or a couple. N/S, Pets? ** a small quiet dog, but sorry no cats (allergies),
