Quick Uber to downtown marina or other hot spots or order in with Uber Eats! Located near many restaurants and grocery stores including Costco and Walmart!

Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishes, refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave & oven. We also have a toaster, blender & Nespresso machine! We have double water filtration so you can drink the water from the fridge and ice from the ice machine! 100% safe!

We are Canadians who have recently obtained our Mexican Residency, we purchased this condo for our families use. We are married with 3 children who absolutely love the condo and area. We rent it out with our local property management company when we aren't able to be there. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
You won't find closer to the beach for this price point. 5 minute walk through manicured gardens to Medano beach. Extremely safe, we've been coming here for 5 years with our young children and have never felt unsafe.
What makes this property unique
Close to the beach, marina, shopping (Costco, Walmart) etc. Brand new OXXO convenience store and pharmacy right outside your door. Heated rooftop pool with 360 degree views of the ocean, mountains and city! You won't find a condo this close to the beach for this price. Multiple award winning, 100% perfect reviews on Airbnb and Booking, superhosts on both. Local property managers to help you with anything you need. 100% stable fibre internet with 500mbps+ speeds, also very rare to find in Cabo, most places have horrible internet. Wifi available in the gym, rooftop pool etc.
