Located in the Historic Sherman Hill Neighborhood. Arguably the coolest historic neighborhood in Des Moines. Old Victoria houses and brick apartment buildings sprinkle the neighborhood. And it get better its only walking distance from downtown and the amazing John Pappajohn sculpture park with great restaurants as well.
