About the host
Your host

Jay and Esther are the parents to six boys and one girl, part of a beautiful multi-racial - and sometimes challenging - blended family. Jay is a native to Northeast Ohio. Growing up next door to an orchard and lots of woods, nature was a centerpiece of his life, along with the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland sports teams. Esther was born in the Caribbean island country of Haiti. At the age of 12, Esther came to the states living in the State of Florida. When she isn't decorating for the seasons or out thrifting, Esther can usually be found connecting with friends and family with her contagious laughter and welcoming smile. At Woodsong Acres, it is Jay and Esther's sincere hope they can portray their commitment to their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in all they do.
