Impecável!
Adoramos o apartamento. Nos atendeu perfeitamente em tudo, 5 minutos da praia de Copacabana, 10 do Leme, muitos comércios ao lado do apartamento. O quarto é isolado então não se ouve barulho nenhum na hr de dormir e ainda possiu um ar condicionado maravilhoso. A sala possui bastante claridade natural e mto aconchegante. Tudo mto limpo e organizado. Os anfitriões são uns amores… adoramos tudo e com ctz voltaremos.

O que eu mais gostei foi o atendimento perfeito e a simpatia. Os donos são super educados e prestativos. Porém, eu esperava mais! Acho que a localidade é maravilhosa ainda mais em dias quentes, porém, o apartamento poderia ser mais barato. A vista é linda e bem romântica. Não gostei do prédio em si e estava um cheiro forte de algo não agradável, mas o apartamento estava limpo e cheiroso. O valor não me agradou muito de acordo com algumas coisas pequenas que não me agradou. No decorrer da minha “viagem” apareceu algumas baratas, mas creio eu que seja por falta de manutenção do prédio em si e não por falta de limpeza dos donos. Digo e repito, o ATENDIMENTO foi maravilhoso! Só o porteiro que poderia ser mais simpático e a manutenção do prédio ser com frequência.

A not so great Stay in Rio in November to December 2020
I have stayed at many places over the years.I have been going to Rio since 2002.I have set up trips for my clients to Rio many times.So,I have seen the good, the bad & the ugly places .I wanted to give this place a break once I returned from Brasil and I just looked at the ad it still says the same things.It says but their is NO Oceanview ,Seaview ,stove ,balcony, safe(it doesn't lock) yes Ac but only in the bedroom..The owners or parents of the owner .They don't speak any English.The father greeted me & he was nice and the mother does the emails.The son Ramon talked to me on the phone.I found this odd .Since they knew my Portuguese was not that good.If the person that shows you doesn't speak English & you have to do it all on the phone it is a pain in the ass.But I felt with it .I found that a lot of things were not correct & were misleading about the about.Later since they didn't change their ad.They were just lying about many things.They are very vague about things in their pictures.I had asked before I had rented to see the complete stoves photo of the bathroom lit ,photo of the balcony, photo of ac in the living room, photos of Seaview and Oceanview etc.. They had problems with camera and would send after I had booked and they knew this was a last min trip for me & I needed to go ahead and get a place.Normally all of this would been a red flag and would not of rented the place.The place is a small 1bedroom for one person or a couple maybe one other person can sleep on the couch .But it says seven people.No way unless you want sleep on a concert floor .The apartment is on the third floor.I normal at least the seventh or higher because of street noise & yes their is street noise in the living room in the day and some at night.The apartment fronts in the middle of an intersection.The bedroom has an ac is older & needs have the filters cleaned but it does work.No ac in the living room and they had a small fan.I was burning up.So,I bought a second fan.Some nights there is a breeze with windows open .My Brasilian friends said it was hot.The stove thing pissed me off.No stove.A hot plate that doesn't work & they know there is no stove .I bought a lot of food to cook for me and girlfriend from Brasil & I had to give it away.I brought up these things to Ramon and he gave bs excuses and said the ad needed to be updated but the reviews were great.The reviews must be from his friends with all the lies .I could of had a oceanview for a little more. :(

Fotos não condizem com a realidade
***Fotos não verídicas*** Foram feitas VÁRIAS alterações no apartamento, as quais não aparecem nas fotos. Quando chegamos o apartamento estava sujo, quarto sem iluminação (apenas um abajur que também parou de funcionar), tinha baratas no banheiro e pasmem, um absorvente na parede (tenho fotos pra comprovar). No anúncio diz que acomoda 9 pessoas, estávamos em 8 sem conforto algum, colchões mofados e furados. E quando fomos contestar tudo isso, o proprietário foi totalmente arrogante; mas, para compensar todos os transtornos que tivemos, nos foi oferecido que nosso check out fosse estendido para mais tarde, e um dia antes, nos disse que não seria possível, nos causando ainda mai transtornos. Único ponto bom, é a localização, ponto final. Não recomendo jamais!!! Ps: Tiraram a opção de avaliar no facebook (Pilar Diagonal) devido as reclamações recorrentes. Simplesmente apagaram tudo e é impossível avaliá-los no facebook.

Apenas digo que é mais do que excelente. Espaço adequado para duas pessoas. Muito bem decorado, com uma comodidade incrível e perto de todos os lugares em Copacabana. Foram 06 dias aproveitando o que o Rio tem de melhor e hospedado em um Apartamento lindo. Ressalto a atenciosidade com que fomos tratados pela proprietária Rita e seu marido. Location, Location, Location
O apartamento e super bem localizado, tem realmente tudo em volta (padaria, mercado, farmacia, etc). Muito fácil ir para qualquer lugar, é apenas 3quadras da praia caminhando. O Ramon foi muito gentil e prestativo. Seus país nos receberam e nos fizeram sentir realmente em casa com sua simpatia. Dica, se vc quer ir ao Revellion em Copacabana, este é o lugar... Está a poucas quadras do palco (que está em frente ao Copabana Palace Hotel). O local também nos fez sentir super seguros. Fomos informados que os proprietários estarão colocando um novo sofácama logo. Como muito bem me disse o Ramon, estacionamemento em Copabana é um problema sério. Recomendamos este apartamento sem problema. E pretendemos regressar no futuro.

Adorei estar no Rio e ter esse apartamento como estadia! A localização é ótima e pude me deslocar muito bem pela cidade. O Ramon (locador) é uma pessoa muito receptiva, que esbanja simpatia e que dá ótimas dicas para aproveitarmos melhor a visitação na cidade maravilhosa!!! O apartamento é ótimo e atende perfeitamente ao que se propõe. O estilo interno realmente é muito interessante, e a janela com vista para o morro e a avenida é um belo convite para uma cerveja apreciando o "movimento". Eu e minha turma gostamos bastante de tudo. Melhor viagem da minha vida!!!
Atenção futuros hóspedes: leiam minha referência! Depois de ter me hospedado no apartamento Pilar Diagonal I, vi que o apartamento é MUITO melhor do que nas fotos (e olha que ele já é TOP nas fotos!). O quarto é silencioso demais, dormimos até passar da hora rs, e o proprietário Ramon fez diversas renovações. O piso está LINDO. Fomos num grupo de 5 pessoas, e AMAMOS tudo! Desde o atendimento, a localização do apartamento, a decoração e o colchão SUPER confortável! Além de indicar para todos, pretendo voltar! Se foi maravilhoso no inverno, imagina no verão... Pertíssimo da praia! Parabéns! E obrigada novamente por todo profissionalismo e ao mesmo tempo toda amizade, gentileza e ajuda, quando não sabíamos aonde jantar num restaurante bacana rs! Belle appartement, bien situé
Appartement propre et lumineux dans un quartier super et à la foi au coeur de la ville. Très bons moyens de transports, métro et bus, juste à côté. Beaucoup de restaurants, cafés, terrasses à un pas de la plage de Copacabana!. Chambre, cuisine, salle de séjour et salle de bain très bien. L’appartement est très fonctionnel avec tout le confort, très calme et très agréable. Idéalement situé pour une visite a Rio de Janeiro, Copacabana! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très disponible en cas de difficulté. On se réjouit déjá d y revenir Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitations.

Muito bacana
A estadia no Pilar Diagonal foi excelente, o apartamento é tudo o que é descrito no anúncio. O Ramon e a Rita sempre muito solicitos e atenciosos de maneira a facilitar ainda mais. A vizinhanca apresenta opcoes de restaurante, mercados, bancos, e é bem proximo da praia. Apesar de compacto o apartamento possui tudo que é necessario para a estadia, e boas condicoes de limpeza. Recomendaria a qualquer amigo, e se voltar ao rio com certeza procurarei novamente! Show!

Spectacular Experience! Como não gostar?
I´ve read all the reviews before I rented out this apartment, and I knew I´d be welcome by amazing hosts - Ramon and Rita. What I cannot find words to describe now is how nice the apartment is in real life! Such a good decoration! I´m an artist myself and I felt very inspired! Muchas Gracias! Obrigado!
