The property is part of a village rare with only 08 apartments that share an area with pool and barbecue.
Ideal for 04 people (accommodating up to 06 people, including 02 children) has 02 rooms with air conditioning, bathroom, toilet, living room / kitchen and a nice balcony. The site has features residential and is designed to provide peace of mind.
Divided into two floors the apartment has living room, kitchen, toilet, a small service area and balcony on the ground floor and a grassy parking space that is used as garden. On the second floor has a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
A room overlooking the pool and another with sea view.
Common to 08 condominium apartments have a swimming pool 12 x 8 m with shower and a barbecue area with bathroom.

Estadia perfeita!

Eu e minha família, ficamos hospedados uma semana na casinha e foi maravilhoso! Tudo muito aconchegante e organizado. A casa tem todos os utensílios necessários de cozinha, cadeiras de praia, etc. Fica muito bem localizada da praia de piscinas naturais e de outras praias com acesso pelo condomínio. Obrigada Camila pela ótima comunicação, indicações e cuidado.

Fomos pós temporada e curtimos muita paz e tranquilidade, o lugar é lindo a casa e o condomínio confortáveis e super agradáveis. Vale a pena passear por todas as praias próximas, são todas um encanto! A proprietária indicou uma empresa de locação de veículos ou transfer onde foram muito atenciosos e solicitos durante toda a viagem!
